DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY! they do not stand by their work. They completed a roof job for us and the tar is leaking everywhere!! It’s ruined the patio, soffits and my exterior paint job. They REFUSE to call us back after I was told a supervisor would contact me. Zero accountability and ghosted us.

Terrible quality work that they don’t stand behind. Cut a hole too big for the vent and then tried to fill it in with roofing bull rather than fix it the right way.

Our builder let us know this company installed our roof less than 2 years ago. The roof is already leaking, partly due to poor design. I reached out to the company and after 5 calls, 3 messages finally received a call back days later. They did come out as scheduled. However I was told during scheduling the problem would be fixed same day and it was not. They said they needed to contact the builder and would be in touch a few days later. Now almost two weeks later, no calls, no visits and no one is returning my messages.

Hello Rebecca, there is an issue with the design and how your stucco was installed. The stucco is too low to the roof which means the nails for the stucco stop are too low and causing it to leak. We contacted your builder and they have not … More

Left messages, spoke to the receptionist not even common courtesy to call back. Could have given lots of business. Let's see where we are after the next recession best of luck.

The absolute worst company out there. I executed a roofing proposal with them over 2 weeks ago. I was told someone would be reaching out to me in a few days so I could execute the NOC and they could drop off a shingle board to select the color for the roof. I have called and e-mailed them 6 times in the last 2 weeks after no one made contact with me. I have not received a single reply. Now I have to start over with another company. Save yourself the time and don't call these folks!

Incredible company to work with. Have hired for 3 investment properties over the prior 8 months. Each time, high quality work going above and beyond to ensure timely completion. Tyley and Shelly along with the crew always a pleasure the work with.

This is a company that knows how to do right by its customers. I had my roof installed through my builder and someone who put up my shutters after the roof was already done left some nail holes in my roof to secure their equipment in a few places. The builder refused to even talk to us about the issue. We were so stressed out because it was leaking and we had never dealt with this kind of thing before. With one simple call the roofing company came out and fixed it with no issues and no charge. The crew was super friendly and even did a small repair on something that they didn’t have to. It’s been such a long time since I’ve dealt with a business who genuinely cared about its customers and who don’t want to nickel and dime you every step of the way. I am extremely grateful for them during this tough time and I can’t recommend them enough. Fantastic.

I received a very detailed quote which included his insurance and Florida license information. After approving the quote, we had excellent communication on each step of the process. We were given a date, and they arrived, completed the job, and cleaned the property of any nails and debris. The roof looks Great! I would highly recommend Brad McDonald Roofing to anyone looking for a professional company for their roofing needs.
