  Despite some discrepancies the work was completed in two days with no leaks present. The vibrations from the receptacle saw caused the dry wall to flake and fall off as you can see in the photos below. Just keep in mind this can happen. Pictures are from before and after they sealed the windows. The Associated General Contractors of America.

  This customer changed his 5-star positive review after failing to pay off his balance and the account was sent to collections. At no time did he ever mention any issues with the work. When we removed the old roofing, we found rotten plywood (which is common) and he did not want to pay to replace rotten plywood on his roof. We actually replaced a few anyway because we could not finish the roofing job otherwise -- and we did not charge for it. We have photos of all stages of the work, including his original 5-star review. We work with all customers to get insurance coverage, but it is still the customer’s responsibility to pay if the insurance refuses to pay. We are proud of our exceptionally good reviews and will continue to offer top-notch services to our customers.

  Bias... told them I was in low income. Basically they made up lie and said insurance does not cover townhomes and they are having too many issues. Just be honest Girl!

  E'mari Johnson is hitting the pavement in my neighborhood, doing exactly what his employer expects of him. He's working hard, he's hearing all the no's, and he's keeping on. I appreciate and value the work that he's doing, because I understand how difficult it is to be turned away time and time again. I've led teams across marketing, sales, and customer service operations for over two decades, and it's the individuals like E'Mari who truly make a difference for a company's brand. I wish I had taken a photo of him in action; I'll think twice about that next time. While I don't need a roof inspection at this time, I wanted to be sure to let his employer know that I value the door to door canvassing model. It remains an effective means to both spark a conversation with a stranger (which I also value), spark curiosity about a business that I know little about, and a chance for me to make a difference on my end by posting this review. If I should ever need my roof replaced, I will remember this experience and know who to call. Thank you!

  Brice Latty made the process of getting my insurance to cover a new roof incredibly easy, and even made the experience pleasant. Brice was very professional and courteous, and explained everything in detail, answering all of my questions and concerns. He’s a great representative for ExteriorMax, and I couldn’t be happier. I highly recommend Brice, and ExteriorMax!

  Roof came out good but 3 stars because not only did the leave 2 big holes in my roof now an animal has came through it and is in my attic!! Also beware they will definitely try to make you spend an extra 10k after agreeing to 16k ! The roofers did good but banged hard and made my light cover fall off and break and also left nails everywhere on the street where i park my cars and 2 of them had got nails in it I tried to repair one with a plug and the other I will have to do the same ! They act friendly but don’t buy it ! They wanted me to replace all the wood underneath the shingles so I climbed up myself and checked it out and it only really needed about 10 sheets of plywood! Also they really overcharge per sheet of plywood !They were really trying to pressure me to go into debt just so they can make an extra 10k and that’s when I said 👎 NOPE just get what I paid for done and that’s it!

  My experience with getting a roof was the smoothest experience I’ve been through with any home improvements. Brice L. made the experience so smooth by walking us through every single step. I appreciate always answering our calls and questions. Thank you Brice from the beginning to the end.   ExteriorMax did my roof late last year after I noticed a leak in my attic. What particularly impressed me about these guys was that I'd had 4 or 5 companies give me quotes, and Brandon, the Project Coordinator from ExteriorMax, was the only person to mention that my roof looked like it had taken some wind damage, and that I should talk to my insurance company to see if they'd help. In the end, insurance covered over half the cost! Everything went pretty seemlessly, and Brandon was super communicative and easy to get hold of. I only have two minor comments/concerns; 1) I have solar panels, and getting my roof done really made me appreciate that getting the solar panels off is almost half the challenge of getting your roof re-done. It was sorta a pain to coordinate getting the panels off, and getting the roof done at the same time. I think this may be a general problem with roofers (instead of a specific problem with ExteriorMax), but I couldn't find anyone who was able to BOTH remove/reinstall the panels and re-shingle at a reasonable price. It would be nice if roofers could offer both at a reasonable rate. 2) Oddly, Brandon told me they wouldn't perform my re-shingling on a day where the temperature didn't get above 40F. Despite that, the ExteriorMax folks showed up and re-roofed on a day where the temperature stayed around freezing. One of the guys performing the re-roofing told me that putting the shingles on in the cold shouldn't be a problem, but the mixed messaging was a bit confusing. Anyways, overall a good experience, and I would recommend ExteriorMax.
