Five attempts from salesmen at my door in one day, even after telling the first I was not interested. Also harassed a guest of mine that was getting out of their car in my driveway not even two minutes after telling them I was not interested. Will never use this company

Not professional. Get a quote from the market before dealing with them through Insurance.

My experience with Mr. Carlos Portillo(D&V Roofing/Project Manager) was SUPERB! That said, the D&V Scheduling Department really needs to work on their communication skills! It actually took the Scheduling Department from April to August to have my roof scheduled for replacement. Once scheduled, the Installation Team did an OUTSTANDING job! Now that my roof has been replaced I often find myself going outside to check out the great work. Again, Mr. Portillo was extremely caring, supportive and professional! I am grateful for Mr. Portillo and the Installation Team. Although I had difficulty with the scheduling, I would recommend D&V Roofing (Mr. Portillo) to family and friends.

My sister recommended D&V ROOFING. She gave me Carlos De Paz number. He walked me through the whole process and even reached out to my insurance company with me to get the ball rolling. The guys that came out were very professional and did a great job even when it was 100 degrees out.

Hands down the absolute best roofing company there is. Erix helped me for over a month negotiate with our homeowners insurance who initially offers me a small settlement to repair our roof. Erix followed up and provided evidence to demonstrate that a full roof replacement was necessary. In the end the insurance paid for an entire new roof for our house and our detached garage! Amazing! We would have been able to do it on our own but Erix spent a lot of time and effort on our behalf and we sincerely appreciate it! Their work was also excellent quality. We would 100% recommend them to any of our friends or family.
