Update: Your response is misleading. You worked on parts of the roof, replacing some shingles and sealing around the air vent on the exterior. The plywood is inside the building, not on the exterior. For a leakage to occur, water has to seep through the exterior to the interior. Clearly the work you did on the exterior was sub-par. Original: I would be careful using this company. Erick did a minor roof leak repair for me a couple of months ago. Everything seemed fine until the problem reappeared recently. His repair did not hold long enough and he has provided every excuse not to honor his work warranty. I now have to find a more trusted and efficient contractor.

Initially very responsive but communication became sketchy to the point of texting a photo of an "ordered" part with a delivery date for the item. Also provided an installation date. I texted twice to …

Erick and his team did an amazing job on my new roof, and I could not be more pleased with the entire experience. From our initial meeting, Erick took the time to explain exactly what needed to be done and why. Since this was my first roof replacement, I had a lot of questions, and he patiently walked me through the entire process, including the materials that would be used. I truly appreciated his honesty, knowledge, and willingness to make sure I understood everything before the work began. Erick and his team were punctual, professional, courteous, and incredibly considerate—not only of my home, but also of my neighbors. They went above and beyond to make sure everything was done properly and that I was happy throughout the entire process. Once the work was completed, they didn't just clean up my property, they made sure that my neighbors' properties were free of any debris as well. That level of consideration really stood out to me and showed how much pride they take in their work. It is clear that Erick and his team genuinely care about the quality of their work and their customers' satisfaction. I would highly recommend them to anyone in need of a roof replacement. Thank you, Erick, for being honest, professional, and dependable throughout the entire process. I truly appreciate everything you and your team did!

Erick and the team from One Day Contractors did a phenomenal job replacing my roof. From the initial consultation through job completion, Erick was attentive and responsive. He made sure all my questions were answered and was happy to show and demonstrate the materials that were going to be used. His team worked efficiently and they cleaned up well. I can’t believe the entire roof was removed and replaced in one day! I had three roofers provide quotes. One Day Contractors was more than reasonable and they only use Owens Corning products. Don’t get gouged by the big name companies. I highly recommend Erick and the team at One Day Contractors!!
