They redid the roof on my apartment building. We received notice the same morning the workers had already arrived that the roof installation would be taking place. After the job was completed, a large amount of debris was left throughout the yard, including sharp wood pieces, nails, and other roofing materials. Multiple attempts to contact the company about cleaning up the debris were ignored, and no meaningful effort was made to resolve the issue. The front lawn was also heavily damaged by the debris bin, which remained on the grass for 10 days after the project was supposedly completed. Unless you want your lawn destroyed and dangerous debris left behind for you to clean up yourself, I would strongly recommend looking elsewhere

Poor workmanship, crew used insulting, and offensive language continuously. Refused to look after the damages caused by the crew. At the end, sending threatening message to demand payment. My biggest mistake to let they do the job. My wife had nervous breakdown, and could not sleep for weeks.

I cannot say enough good things about this company. I have done many renovations and new builds in my life, and I can honestly say I have never worked with a more professional and competent company than Exterior Outfitters. Jamie and Jason gave me a new roof, siding, and gutters/downspouts. This work took just under two months from our initial meeting to the last downspout being attached. And, through that time, they answered every phone call and email the same day. They sent crews of workers who were incredibly skilled, conscientious, and considerate. The workmanship was amazing, and every single crew left my property cleaner than when they arrived. After shopping around, I found Exterior Outfitters offered a better than fair price too. I highly recommend this company.

Great Company, very professional, came when they said they would, estimate was on point. Their employees worked efficiently and they cleaned up the site when they were done.

They came out to fix the massive hail damage I had on my townhouse this past fall. They kept in communication as to when they will start the job, place the garbage bin etc. They were very professional and cleaned up every night and at the end of the job. It was by far the easiest company I had to deal with and made the whole process pain free. I highly recommend them.

I reached out to Exterior Outfitters for an estimate to replace all my siding, roof, and eavestroughs, all of which were damaged in a hail storm in 2021. Jason came out to have a good look at the damage, and ended up coming back a second time to confirm a few things before giving me their quote. Among the 3 other estimates I received, I found this outfit to be most competitive, but also very professional and responsive, which I appreciated given the large dollars at play (and at risk, in my mind). My wife and I wanted to change the color and maybe the type of siding on our house but couldn't decide on what. Jamie was very patient, extremely helpful and communicative, providing me with numerous estimates for different possible options. He came out with samples and gave his input which helped put our mind's at ease. Throughout the process, we ended up exchanging over 80 emails and I never once felt any concerns with the direction we were going. When work was ready to begin, Jamie provided frequent updates, and their workers showed up on time, taking only as long as the job should have. There was some minor damage to a screen window and my AC cover during the process, but they replaced both within 24 hours of it happening - no qualms or arguing, which was a refreshing experience. At the end of the day, and my wife and I are absolutely thrilled to have a completely renovated exterior. The final bill matched the estimate - no hidden charges. I've done a pretty thorough inspection of the finished job and can't find a single indication of "shortcuts" or sloppy work whatsoever (even under the huge deck, where I would almost expect to find something). TLDR: 100% recommend these guys. Fantastic work at a great value. They'll be my first call if the house needs anything else down the road.

They are professional people. Jason is very responsive to whatever concern that I have. He told me upfront if my thoughts are possible or not with regards to my upgrades. Reliable and no hidden fees. Whatever he quote me is what I have paid. Definitely will recommend to all my friends. They have repaired my sidings, window trims, soft metals and front door. Wish this company all the best. -Alex of Saddleridge NE
