Jan’s communication is absolutely horrible. I had to ask him for months to get my warranty paperwork. Then he told me he’d come back to install bathroom vents on the roof. I told him to let me know when he’s here, he didn’t call me, just showed up when I wasn’t around and left because “no one was there”. Save your money and find another company for your project.

We replaced the roof and gutters on a 90 year old house. John and his crews were thorough, tidy, and efficient. I'd highly recommend him.

We have had multiple jobs including roof repair, skylight installations, and patchwork, and everything was wonderful. It is so hard to find reliable, quality work, and fair prices, but we have found it here and will continue to recommend. …

John and his crew did an incredible job on my investment property roof. The quoted a fair price and stuck to it. They communicated the progress with me, took pictures, and gave me many updates. I would definitely recommend.

If you go with Jan, you're getting high quality work at a great price. I couldn't recommend his service highly enough. Jan took care of flashing, plywood, and shingle replacement across multiple chimneys on our home. Jan is respectful, accountable, educated me on the repair, and is a great communicator. The next time I'm in need of roof work, or have someone ask me for a recommendation, it will be an easy decision -- Jan!

Exterior Home Experts replaced the roof of our building here in Chicago. They were fair, professional, and communicated every step of the way. Would absolutely hire them again without a doubt.
