Roof Replacement Experience: The most challenging part of the process was dealing with the insurance company. However, from preparing the quote with Ken through the final roof installation, the rest of the experience was smooth and straightforward. What Went Well: • Scott and the Expedition team handled the setup and scheduling efficiently. • On installation day, the crew arrived ready to work and protected the area around the house with tarps. • They removed the old shingles, completed the roof inspection and any needed repairs, installed the new barrier, and then finished the new shingle installation. • The entire roof was completed in just one day. Clean-Up and Final Impression: Before leaving, the team did a thorough walk-around, removed trash and nails, and placed the old gutters in a pile for the scrapper to collect. My wife and I found only three nails in the yard after the team left. Everything was handled professionally, and we did not have to worry about a thing. We highly recommend Expedition Roofing for anyone considering a roof replacement.

Ron, I can’t overstate how much we appreciate your business. While a new roof probably won’t give you the same thrill as taking your Miata out for a drive, we hope it at least keeps things a little drier when it rains!
