  I can't recommend this company at all. They are storm chasers and will canvas entire neighborhoods with their brochures regardless of solicitation policies. They trample through lawns and flowerbeds. Unprofessional. …

  EDIT: Based on your previous reviews. It looks like you are located in Washington. You have the wrong company. Our solicitation practices are set by the standards of the local communities and police departments. All our sales reps verify their identity and have cleared background checks. Everyone has the right to make a living to feed their families.   We liked working with Rod and all the roofers. They did a good job. We did not like dealing with the owner. For that reason I would not recommend them to anyone.

  Hi Kari, I understand your frustration. However, your husband decided to replace the siding on your home. We gave him a friends and family discount since you have done previous work with us. However, there is not much I can do when you still owe us $7,000. You had a policy limit on your siding which allowed your insurance company to only pay a certain amount towards your project. We completed the roof and your husband was happy. He then contacted us a month later asking us for a siding quote since you were selling the house. Unfortunately, I am very upset with this review and the unpaid balance. I am a new father and every dollar missing from our business affects my family and our employees. We replaced your shed roof for free and throw in the downspouts as a courtesy.

  Frank was fantastic to work with from start to finish. His pricing was fair, he was professional, honest, and communicated every step of the way. He did exactly what he said he was going to do, when he said he would do it, which is hard to find these days. He walked me through the entire roofing process, answered all of my questions, and kept me informed throughout the project. The work was completed as promised, and I couldn’t be happier with the experience. I highly recommend Frank to anyone looking for a reliable and trustworthy roofing contractor.

  I dealt with Frank and he was very knowledgeable. He sent a crew out to tarp the roof and he was very prompt with getting an estimate for the repairs. In addition to explaining everything in good detail, the quote was very competitive and I ended up going with them.

  One of the best experiences I have had dealing with home repair and follow up. Frank was quick and prompt on all follow up. Roof and gutters were done better than expected. Very professional and watched out for the flowers around the house. Workings singing and enjoying doing the work. Pleasure to do business with and would highly recommend to anyone looking for quality work and professionalism. Thank you.

  I was referred to him from a friend. He came the next day, did all necessary repairs in less than 20 minutes and did a great job! Although I was prepared to pay him based upon a preliminary quote, he told me that there would be no change for the service he provided. I'll definitely call him again for anything related to my roof or gutters!

  Rod was a pleasure working with. He was very honest and to the book. They came in and finished our very steep roof in two days. Went above and beyond to make sure everything was at code. Roof looks fantastic and they did all the flashing in areas that were needed. So happy that we pick them to do our roof replacement after storm damage. Cannot recommend them enough. Cleanup of the yard was completely done and only two nails were found in the entire roof replacement. Fantastic group of workers did an awesome job and busted their butts to get it done quickly. If you are looking for a roof replacement, this is the group you need to work with.

  Everest Roofing approached us about roof damage after a hail storm this summer. They assured us they would work with our insurance provider to get the roof, siding, and downspouts replaced. The roofing replacement and communication was excellent. The crew did a great job keeping us updated on the progress and cleaning up. We did have an issue with the flashing around our chimney. We've been told it would be corrected, and that has not yet been fixed. The siding process was not quite as smooth. It was a different crew and project manager than the roof, and communication was lacking and there was some misunderstanding about the wooden siding that was under our damaged vinyl. After some calls and discussions, they addressed our concerns. The gutters were replaced quickly and efficiently; however, our gutter guards have not yet been replaced. I'm hopeful that in a few days we'll be able to update this review with a 100% positive experience after the chimney flashing and gutter guards are done.
