Lance from Ethos Roofing did an outstanding job inspecting my roof! He arrived right on time, was extremely professional, and spent time thoroughly examining everything. He clearly explained the current condition of my roof so I could easily understand my options. On top of that, he even took care of a few simple quick repairs right on the spot! I couldn't be happier with his honest, top-notch service. I highly recommend Lance and Ethos Roofing to anyone needing roof work!

We needed a whole roof replacement on our 75 year old home. They were timely in their repairs, communication was clear, estimates transparent and most importantly they were incredibly helpful in dealing with the insurance company.

Scheduled Josh to come up to our rental to assess overall roof and attic quality and recommend repairs. We replaced it in 2019 after a local hailstorm. Great learning experience with Josh and pleased to hear that the quality of installation has held up now 6 years later. He helped prioritize some tune-up recommendations to keep the roof functioning as per design. Very helpful to see the pictures and specific locations of identified issues. Very knowledgeable and excellent communication. Highly recommend.

I asked Josh to come out to our primary residence to assess our roof as we are newer homeowners to the property and roof was replaced in 2019. Josh is a true roofing sales consultant. He is thorough in his assessment, prioritizes remediations, and is very knowledgeable about ever changing code requirements and best practices in roofing concepts. We are moving forward with this short-term repair recommendations. Would recommend him to anyone looking to obtain a roof assessment, leading to quality repairs.
