  Despite a 10-year warranty on my garage roof, Dan did not return my calls for five weeks. When he finally responded, he promised to provide a repair estimate within two business days. Four weeks later, I still have not received it. Based on this experience, I found the communication and follow-through highly unreliable and unprofessional. I would not recommend Essential Exteriors.

  Dan and his team replaced my old tin sunroom roof which was leaking during heavy rains with a new EPDM rubber roof. Not only did they provide a competitive, detail quote, but they were also prompt, professional and did high quality work. Dan also personally followed up with several questions I had throughout and after the process. I am very satisfied with my experience, and would highly recommend them if you are looking for roof repair or replacement.

  I highly recommend Essential Exteriors for your home outdoor improvement and maintenance needs. I had siding and windows replaced and am very pleased with the workmanship as well as the price I paid. Dan and his team really care about the customer’s satisfaction and were responsive to my questions and requests. I look forward to working with them in the future.

  They did an emergency basement window for us (egress). They were very professional and I feel went above and beyond for a contractor. I would use them again. They even put seeding down when it was installed

  Essential Exteriors is an excellent and remarkable company to do business with. Dan and his staff are very knowledgeable , respectable contractors who offer professional, quality work and stand behind it.   Great crew and management. We had another quote from a company to do our gutters, and Essential Exteriors gave us a quote which was half as much and they did more work then was quoted by the other company. The crew was very friendly and did a great job communicating with us during the process.

  Essential exteriors are extremely professional from sales to install. The sales rep that came over was very straightforward and not pushy. The install crew was extremely helpful and fulfilled every request that I had. They were on their game the whole time, guiding me through the process and making sure I was informed and comfortable with everything. They seemed to do the job correctly and address and issues with the roof while they were there. Highly recommend, will use again.

  Essential Exteriors repaired several of my gutters ensuring all of them operate perfectly, keeping water away from the house. The estimate process was super easy, the work performed was quick and the team was super professional. Highly recommended!

  This was my first project with Essential Exteriors and it was excellent from start to finish. They were very helpful, professional and timely during every step of the process. Communication was excellent and all my questions were answered objectively. Pricing is more than fair given the quality of the work and the level of customer service. I just dipped my toe into working with them and will definitely put them at the top of the list for upcoming projects.
