  While their products sound great, unfortunately, the service and professionalism is not. If you want your time wasted please call them. Sadly, a company that makes appointments, confirms appointments, and then cancels their appointments for a simple roof inspection and product demonstration starts out off the bat saying they aren't trustworthy. Who would want to trust them to replace a roof when they can't make a simple appointment? I don't miss my appointments when I make them, if I make and confirm an appointment for a customer I'll be half dead before I present my business this way. While I appreciate the warning at 9pm the night before, I don't appreciate the lack of effort to maintain the confirmed appointment they made.

  I just went onto Erie Home website and was chatting on their website with a live agent. After telling them we are only looking for an estimatesnd who will service our location because of hurricane damage the rep just kept on asking me questions about our insurance claim and made me very uncomfortable. I responded that I just wanted to confirm on the areas they serviced and also after stating we do have already insurance claim in the works, we are just trying to find local businesses for our area. The rep replies back if anything changes let us know but we don't do "ballpark estimates" and " we have reps that travel other areas". We'll I guess they just lost a potential customer.

  Scheduled appt, cleared calendar, and then received a text a couple days before saying they’ve canceled the appointment. I asked if they would reschedule and they would not get back with me. Very bad communication!

  Salesman (Kyle) was very professional for a young man and ensured that you understood everything. The delivery date and installation date was set quickly and everything was done when agreed upon. The team that installed the roof were all polite and very thoughtful of our property. They out tarps down all around the house and ensured that everything was picked up. We only found a couple of nails on the ground afterwards. The dumpster was removed within a few hours after completion. Highly recommend Erie Roofing.

  I love my new white metal roof! I have several neighbors comment how nice it looks. From the sales staff to the managers/supervisors/ installers, all were very knowledgeable, polite and very professional. Cleanup was very well taken care of. It was a pleasure to work with them.

  I chose Erie Home to replace the aged roof on my home, mainly because I liked the look of their metal roofing options. The crew arrived early in the morning and were finished by that afternoon. They were very professional and did a great job of cleaning up after the roof was installed. I'm exceptionally pleased with the results.

  I felt the metal shingles roof just doing the a frame part of the house was a bit overpriced in my opinion. And the gutter replacement also.

  Erie Homes made my getting a new roof a pleasure from start to finish. They are a caring company. Everyone knew their job and if you had questions they made sure you got answers. The roof is really beautiful and eye catching. After they were done you couldn't find even a nail on the ground. They know how to please a customer.

  You pay a premium price, but get premium products. Reroof was done in one day with a great crew under constant supervision. Cleaned up afterwards very well. Top quality underlayment, shingles and skylights used with a guarantee for 10 / 20 years. Replaced and enlarged all my gutters as well with gutter guards.

  Amazing work beautiful Roof. They took the roof off and put a new roof on in one day they cleaned up. They did a beautiful job and if something I saw was not right. I went and called them back and they came right away. We recommend this company highly They are amazing. I recommend this company totally if I could give 10 stars I would give 10 arr

  They did the entire roof in just one day plus clean up afterwards.. I would recommand Erie Home for a new house roof. Just hope they stand behind their product and 30 year warranty on a 50 year roof. Job well done!
