I had a great experience with my Erie Home roofing salesman, Andrew. He was professional, knowledgeable, and never made me feel pressured. He took the time to answer all of my questions, explained the entire process clearly, and made sure I understood all of my options. His honesty and communication made me feel confident in my decision. I really appreciated how friendly and respectful he was throughout the entire experience. I would definitely recommend Erie Home to anyone looking for a new roof! 😄

Rob and Taylor came out for my quote and they were EXCELLENT. Very through and even show samples of all of their materials they offer. Very high quality and many options to choose from. But aside from that it didn’t just feel like they were trying to sell a product or pressuring me into signing a deal. They answered every question and explained in simple terms for someone who isn’t well versed in the handy world. And Ryan Maddox the area manager was extremely helpful and kind. When I was having doubts we was able to calm my mind and be reassuring and wanted to talk to the doubts and validated how I was feeling. It was very appreciated to deal with these 3 when it seems like most companies are just trying to make a buck and that’s it.

Austin and Dana came out today, they did an excellent thorough job on measuring my house, giving me an estimate along with being very caring and cordial. The product is also excellent.
