Elmer and his brother were exceptional from start to finish. Their communication was outstanding from our very first conversation through the completion of the project. They replaced the Duradek on our rooftop deck and, once the old material was removed, discovered that the wood underneath had deteriorated and needed to be replaced as well. They handled the unexpected challenge without missing a beat. Because the replacement boards were too large to fit through our front door, they came up with a creative solution. Our townhouse has a covered porch on the first level, so they carefully carried the boards onto the porch roof and then up to the third-floor deck. Their problem-solving skills, work ethic, and attention to detail were truly impressive. Their pricing was very fair, the quality of their work was excellent, and they were an absolute pleasure to have around. In fact, we have already hired them for additional projects. As a real estate agent, I work with dozens of contractors each year, and I can honestly say Elmer and his brother are among the very best I have worked with. I recommend them without hesitation.
