  Was happy when roof was put on but now ran into an issue and pretty much DH does not want to correct there mistake UNLESS there is a experience with damage or have a home inspector report that says damage. They do not correct their mistake. Ugh! Given the recent experience with DH, I would not feel comfortable recommending them to anyone else.

  I had to come back in and edit my review from 4 stars to 1. Initially I was ok with the team. But, soon after I began to have the same leak. In addition to the leak, I had to request for the roofer to come back out because he placed some of my old shingles back onto my house. I must have called 4 times for the roofer to come out to check the continuous leak I was experiencing in the same area of my home. It had to take my own contractor to come out to find the origin of the leak which was the facial front top of the shingles. This area was behind the new gutter system that the company installed. The vice president of the company continues to put me off in emails on getting a part of the cost of the work credited back to me. His demeanor in his wording is very short. I am very disappointed in how I am being devalued as a customer. The roofer who was hired for this project should have recommended to also replace the facial top front of the shingles. I have had to pay out more to actually get it corrected.

  Replacement windows installed a few years ago. The caps have completely pulled away from the frames. They refuse to even look at them without charging me. My contractor is doing the repairs and he reports he has never seen such shoddy installation.

  New gutter replacement good finish ed product terrible ! Never discussed before or after project about what if found any problems. How to address them as in new gutter or new facia in bad areas sent in pictures on problem . Told not our responsibility in message sent! Why not anything said to do this at a. Reasonable price.   Charles, your issue is pertaining to something that was outside of our scope of work on the contract. We did make a second visit to rectify issues above and beyond our scope of work as well. The work outlined on our contract was completed perfectly and with all industry standards. Your issue is with something that is does not pertain to our work. We feel your review is highly unfair and is not telling of the whole story.

  I specifically asked that a copy of the proposal/estimate be sent to me so I would have the information necessary to arrive at a decision about having the roof work completed. This was not sent even though I had specifically requested it at the time of the estimate and again after an email was sent to me.

  We had Lewis Bliss visitted to determine provide a solution to a water leak issue. After a thourough inspection outside, inside the living space and in the attic, he provided a video of the inspection and a effective and economical solution the finding. Lewis is a great communicator, good listener, and very easy to work with. I would highly recommend him and Dream Home to work on your needs.

  I just had the best experience with DreamHome remodeling on two different projects, roof repairs and windows replacement. It all started with their sales rep, Wille Harner, who did a great job explaining the whole process, the contract, what should I expect, and the timeline. Both teams who worked on both projects were professional, polite, and very clean, they left my house spotless especially after spending three days replacing 54 windows.   Great service. The window replacement went smoothly. They are on time. Leave the place neat and tidy. They install the window and patio door with precision.
