  I had Roofer 911 replace my roof a few years back. After a recent Rainstorm I noticed that my roof had leaked. I reached out to them to have a look at it as it is still under warranty. An inspector came out a few days later to look at the leak after I had reached out to them, He said they would take care of the problem. After a week their office reached out saying that my file is" pending" and that they would keep me updated with a return date. It is now close to three weeks later and I have yet to hear from them regarding a return date. I understand a company being busy, but I don't understand the length it has taken to schedule a job. I will hire another contractor to repair my leak as I feel I cant trust Roofer 911 for the repair as this is not the only issue I have found with the roof that came from the installation they did. I originally went with them because they had/have a high google rating. Maybe my situation is a rare one for them, but overall, I have not had the the best experience with them.

  They show up and provide an estimate a couple weeks later. Then when you each back out to them, they disappear. I wouldn’t use them.

  We had this company install a roof in 2019. It leaked in 2024, and was allegedly under warranty. We couldn’t get anyone to come to our property in a timely manner or work with our property manager to address the issue. I’m extremely disappointed with this company and would not recommend doing business with them.

  We had an appointment for 2 pm, but roofer never showed up. Called the company multiple times. We gave up and cancelled at 4:30 pm.

  Came out in fast time frame to fix shingles and side rake board and completed job super fast but didn't color match side rake board. When I contacted company they stated that I needed to specify a color match of my rake board in the contract and refused to come paint it to match or replace it with one that actually matched. It looks absolutely ridiculous and I will have to pay extra money to get it replaced or color matched. In short should I really have to specify that I want a replacement to match the rest of the colors that are there on my house. I will never do any more business with this company and I suggest that others also do not patronize!

  Use this company if you have a lot of money and are looking for a way to get rid of your money. The owner of this company, and the only employee, does not know what he is doing or what he is talking about. You cannot trust his words, and if you do you will regret it.

  I had them come out for what I thought was a simple gutter issue, but they found the real problem was improper roof drainage. They didn’t rush into replacing anything and instead cleaned and tested water flow step by step. That patience stood out. There was a slight delay in starting the job due to weather, but they kept me informed. Once work began, it moved quickly and without confusion. The drainage has been working properly since, and I haven’t had water pooling issues near the walls anymore.

  Roofer911 has been spectacular in their assessment of our roof issues, and very responsive on email and planning for repairs. Don't hesitate to request a quote and have one of the super talented technicians come out to your property and assist you. Our work is scheduled for next week, and I don't doubt the outcome will be great, as anticipated. UPDATE - excellent, thorough service, repairs and communication. Our roof job is complete and has a 2-year warranty. We are very very happy with the excellent work of the Roofer911 team!

  Roofers911 was a pleasure to work with. They are prompt, responding quickly when we had an emergency, and communicate often and thoroughly to ensure you are informed throughout the repair process.
