Don’t waste your time. I unfortunately fell for what turned out to be a door-to-door roofing scam. They knocked on my door and offered a “free roof inspection,” pointing out that my roof was old. After the inspection, they claimed there was significant damage and assured me it qualified for an insurance claim. Based on the information they provided, I filed a claim. When my insurance company came out, the only evidence of damage Expert Exteriors could produce was a single photo, which was not sufficient. The insurance adjuster found there was not enough damage to approve the claim. As a result, I was forced to replace my roof out of pocket just to maintain insurance coverage. Once the insurance company began questioning their evidence, Expert Exteriors completely disappeared and stopped responding. Very disappointing experience. I would strongly advise others to be cautious and get independent inspections before trusting door-to-door contractors.

I had a great experience with Expert Exteriors LLC in Spring/Summer of 2026. They were the 3rd company I had hired to work with Allstate Insurance to get the roof handled. The first 2 companies talked a big game but never delivered. Ahmed and his team explained the process and timeline and knocked it out of the park. Very happy with communication and the final results of our new roof.

I had an excellent experience working with Ahmed at Expert Exteriors. From the very beginning, he helped me choose the right, high-quality roofing materials and provided valuable guidance throughout the entire project. What impressed me the most was his outstanding support with the insurance claim. Ahmed handled the process professionally, stayed in constant communication, kept me updated every step of the way, and made what could have been a stressful experience incredibly smooth. His assistance with the insurance claim saved me a significant amount of money, making the roof replacement much more affordable. Our roof is quite large, yet the crew removed and replaced the entire roof in just one day. Overall, I am extremely happy with the quality of the work, Ahmed's professionalism, responsiveness, and dedication to customer service.

Just finished a massive roof repair following the winter ice storms, and Expert Exteriors was incredible start to finish. From helping me navigate the claims process to doing the work efficiently and cleanly, they were absolute professionals. As long as I'm in the DMV, they're the only roofers I'll work with!

Andy was great in helping to choose the right and good quality roof materials. He is very responsive and professional. I have to say our roof is big, and they were able to remove and replace the entire roof in one day and they did a great job cleaning afterwards. Andy also helped me with Insurance claim which is a great help and without it, it would have been pretty expensive. Overall, I am happy with their work! I will definitely recommend Expert exteriors for your next roof replacement project!
