  They do a fair job. They will overcharge you for materials and not use very much of the materials that you paid for. The materials you paid for disappears and is probably used in their next job . They keep charging people down the line for materials that were bought for a roof replacement 3 jobs before. Thereby triple or quadrupling their profits for materials. They will split the roofing decking on your roof with their nails and won't fix anything if you complain about the poor workmanship. They absolutely do not know how to hook up attic fans or know about the venting of warm air from the attic.We are three years into owning this roof replacement and our house was cooler when our roof needed replacement. Don't even think about reaching out to have them fix anything, they will blow you off and never return phone calls ....let alone send someone out. This company is a bunch of Bull..... Luckily, the freaking roof hasn't leaked!!

  I saw their Ad for roof replacement that said “our price: 10k our competitors: 18k get a quote today!” They sent me a proposal and it said 18k 😂 can’t make it up. Ive had guys quote me in the past and it was no where near 18k

  We started search for the roof replacement with a few roofing companies in early Nov. With Epic roofing, the price was competitive with others but be aware, the damaged wood cost can be very costly. We selected Epic because the warranty and material was good. We started the job in mid Dec. The communication with the project manager, Nelson, was OK at the beginning but it went downhill after a few issues encountered with the replacement. First issue, the crew has no concept of time and cleaning up. They were working until 7PM, in the dark the last day so needless to say, they didn’t clean up very well since we find quite a few nails on the driveway. Second issue, they plugged in a few power tools (mostly nail guns) and triggered the electrical outage. I told Nelson that we don’t have any issue until his crew started using the electricity and he said since it is an electrical issue, it is our problem! After a few conversations with him, sales person (David) and production manager (Julio), they agreed to send an electrician to take a look at the problem. The electrician was able to solve the issue but did mentioned another issue with the service line (on the roof) to the electrical company. Third issue, the weather was raining and windy and the new roof held up well but it knocked the electrical service line lower since it was not secured properly. We called Edison and they said that it was the roofing company that caused the issue (see photo). Again, we contacted Nelson after many phone calls and text, we connected and he denied that his crew has nothing to do with it! I contacted others and Julio offered some option but not so viable and no compensation. However, at the end, he offered some compensation for this damage. Fourth issue, they finished the job in Dec and we just received the final city permit in mid Feb. The city inspection was delayed weeks after weeks due to some corrections. Bottom line, save yourself some headaches, DONOT use t

First, we’re glad you acknowledged the roof itself came out well — that’s ultimately the most important part, and the system installed is a high-quality, fully warranted roof that should perform for many years. Regarding the wood repairs, that’s standard with reroof projects. Damaged decking can only be fully confirmed once the old roof is removed, and we always disclose this upfront because it’s common across the industry. As for the electrical issue, our crews only use standard roofing tools and we never modify or touch electrical service lines. From what we understood, there were pre-existing conditions with the line placement, but despite that, we still coordinated an electrician to help resolve things — even though that typically falls outside roofing scope. Permit timelines and inspections are controlled by the city, not the contractor. Delays unfortunately happen and are fairly common, but we stayed engaged until final approval was completed. We always aim for a smooth experience and take concerns seriously. If there’s anything still unresolved, feel free to reach out directly — we’re always open to constructive conversation.   What a waste of my time. As is so common in the roofing industry, epic roof replacement boasts about how great their prices are and then delivers the same old average overpriced roof job that the high price leaders provide.

  Completely unresponsive! Hired Epic to do a new roof and patio cover in August based on their 10 year labor guarantee. Having issues with patio cover—mild warping of wood replaced by Epic’s installation team— just a few months after the job and I cannot get a single person to return my multiple calls or emails. They did a great job on the roof and price was competitive, so I wish I was leaving a better rating. Happy to revise and remove if Epic calls me back to address. They need to honor their contract and customers need to be aware the labor contract appears to be optional as far as Epic Roofing is concerned.

  Best Company to work with. David Neith was very professional and responded quickly to all my calls and texts.   Epic Roofing was recommended by a neighbor who happens to be a very experienced realtor. She & her husband had their roof replaced several months ago, & she had all good things to say about Epic. Our roof was put on in 1998 & is a "30 year roof." After the recent hurricane force winds & the usual very strong wind we get in our area, we decided it was time for a roof inspection by a professional. Epic Roof Replacement was very helpful, from the first phone call. They answered all of our questions, sent us an estimate for replacing our roof, & made an appointment for an in-person roof inspection. Adam brought us information & samples of roofing shingles. After inspecting the roof, he told us that, yes, our roof shows some age, and that we do not need to replace it at this time. I was beyond impressed!!!! Adam easily could have said that we do need a new roof immediately. What a great, honest company!! In a few years, when we need a new roof, we will 100% call Epic Roof Replacement!
