Jimmy and Bobby are great! They really care about customer satisfaction. A roofing project is a big and messy affair. They know that and they work hard to make it go as smoothly as possible even though we all know there will be challenges. My home has a flat roof and these guys know what they are doing. I'm sure they do other kinds of roofing well too. The project involved two big days with many people on site. The crew was pretty big and well organized. It was hot but they pushed hard all day in the hot sun. Smaller crews came over on other days to do metal work and other smaller details. They got it done as quickly as possible considering all the work to do, the weather and the additional constraint of mine to work with an insulator contractor. I got three bids and they were not the lowest, but I went with them bc they impressed me with their attention to detail and to listening to me. It's expensive, but a good value.

Hi Steven, Thank you so much for taking the time to leave such a thoughtful and detailed review! Jimmy, Bobby, and the rest of the crew were thrilled to read your feedback. You hit the nail on the head—roofing is a massive and messy undertaking, and flat roofs bring their own unique challenges. We are incredibly proud of how hard our crew worked through those hot days, and we were more than happy to coordinate with your insulation contractor to make sure the entire project went as seamlessly as possible. We also really appreciate your comments on value. We know a new roof is a major investment, and while we might not always be the lowest bid, we firmly believe that taking the time to listen, sweat the small details, and do things right pays off in the long run. Thank you again for trusting us with your home! If you ever need anything in the future, you know where to find us.

A friend recommenfed Englund for flat roof repair. I phoned the office on Monday morning and spoke with Joan. She said she would "Talk to the guys." Jimmy and Bob came out to the house quickly. They looked over the damage. I hoped they'd be able to get to it within a few days, as we're kind of in the midst of a rainy streak. Nope. Not a few days. Not even a few hours. They were on that roof like a chicken on a June bug. We are grateful. Price was exceedingly reasonable. I’m a fan.

"Like a chicken on a June bug"—we absolutely love that! 😂 Thank you so much for the glowing review and for trusting your friend's recommendation. We know how stressful roof damage can be when a rainy streak is in the forecast, so Jimmy, Bob, and the rest of the team were happy to jump on that flat roof repair immediately. Stay dry, and thank you again for choosing Englund Roofing!

Englund roofing solved our leak problem around our fireplace chimney after 3 different businesses couldn’t solve the problem. Great follow-up and they listened to what our problem was. Efficient, great clean up after the job.

These guys were the best. I can't add to any of the 5 star reviews except to note that they are a quality company that stand by their word.

The best in the twin cities, especially for flat roofs and rubber roofs. This team is fast responsive and found the issues previous roofers couldn’t.

We had a major issue with our flat roofs—both were improperly installed 11 years ago and had been leaking for quite some time before we discovered the extent of the damage. Thankfully, we found Englund Roofing, and I can’t say enough good …

I'm with a condo building in St. Paul that has a challenging flat roof (angles and partitions and cornices and you name it), and we've worked with Englund for several years now. They're honest, skilled, creative, and just plain great to work with. We're currently coaxing along an aging roof with annual maintenance, and they've helped us get far more than the expected lifespan, and they never push to do unnecessary work. Bob, Joan, and Seth have all been spectacular.

Bobby and Jimmy were on it working at our shop. Extremely caring about customer cars and even our personal cars. These guys are a class act. Any issues that came up Bobby was up front and honest and had no problem setting it straight. These are the guys I would do business with if I ever had too. They were seriously the best and went above and beyond. Anyone else that worked on the roof good job.

Nystrom Contracting put up some gutters on a new garage I built. Job was done quickly, under the quoted price and the color matched my old siding perfectly. I wouldn't hesitate to call Dick at Nystrom Contracting for any future needs. Thanks Dick!
