Totally horrific business approach!!!! I was asked to sign a non-compete agreement!!!! Poor business ethics, horrible, I agree & believe Louis's Post, similar case happen to us, we were asked to sign a non-compete agreement without even receiving proposal from ERC, we wanted a chance to get 3 bids. I asked ERC for detailed proposal several times, to this day I still don't have one from ERC. Because of waiting & waiting for a proposal from ERC to resolve this bull.... run around, are roof leaked now we have other issues inside to deal with. At this point we are very frustrated, we have contacted our attorney. We Would not recommend or do business with Energy Roofing Companies or other known as Energy Roofing Technology SE, LLC. Absolutely not going to do business with this company. Total poor business approach. Absolutely not going to do business with this company....

Mr. Gonzales, We do not require a "non-compete" agreement as you mentioned. We only ask for signatures when you ask us to do work on your behalf, so there must be some misunderstanding. We also do not show you in our system by your posted name, so we are unclear on how to reach out directly to you to resolve any issues. We want you to have a great experience with us and look forward to helping in any way we can regarding your roofing needs. Please contact our office at your earliest convenience so we can help clear up any confusion.

Requested a quote from Energy Roofing Companies to replace my 76 year old fathers roof. We schedule an appointment for the quote and after they inspected the job, they refused to provide a quote unless my father signed a non-compete agreement that guaranteed them the work. Total false advertising and poor business approach. Absolutely not going to do business with this company.

  Reply from the business

Louis, We apologize for any misunderstanding. There is not a requirement to sign any "non-compete" agreements with us. We work hard to earn the privilege of being selected as your Roofing Contractor. No one is required to sign anything to receive a quote If you reach out to us, we will be glad to clear up any questions in this regard and address anything regarding you experience with us.

Bravo to Team Goga on our gorgeous roofing! These guys are top notch in every aspect giving us an amazing price on the Duration premium shingles. We actually didn't know the exact age of the old grey roofing so know they had quite a bit of restoration, as well as the install that they accomplished in record time. Honest, reliable and trustworthy is the way we describe Team Goga!

I am more than pleased with my new roof. Every step has been so stress free. From the first visit, the detailed quote and the tremendous workers that worked through darkness to complete the job. Every person that I have had interaction with through Energy Roofing has been so kind and helpful. I wish I could give them more star’s.

Our soffit project turned out beautifully, and we couldn’t be happier with the results. Carl Jensen was wonderful to work with, responsive, patient, and attentive through emails and on-site visits. Rafael Zurita and his crew did an excellent job and worked diligently, even on a rainy day, to finish on schedule. We also appreciate Paula Wheeler’s courteous customer service and quick help with trailer pickup. Overall, we had a great experience with Energy Roofing Companies and happily give them five stars!

Energy Roofing just completed my new roof and I couldn't be more pleased. Jacob Stafford was my salesman and he was very thorough in explaining the whole process. The crew that came to my house was lead by Mr. Lupe and they were kind and professional and did a great job in a timely manner. Ed then came and did a follow up walkabout to make sure everything was completed right. He was very personable. It's my first new roof experience and I would recommend them to anyone.

Jacob Stafford was my contact person for the contract, and he was great. He answered all of my questions and always got back to me right away whenever I reached out to him. He went over everything step by step and didn't push me to pay for things I didn't need. Ed was my contact person for the field work, and he was great as well. My roof looks amazing. Their pricing was competitive, especially considering the quality of work. They were done quickly and cleaned up everything too. No surprises on the bill. I highly recommend this company.
