  Paid in November didn't complete untill April. Doesn't Like getting permits in a timely fashion. Doesn't give accurate estimates. Over charges to use extras for other jobs. Said their were experienced in sump pumps and ruined my basement

  At EndGame Roofing & Restoration, we take pride in operating with transparency, compliance, and integrity. To clarify the facts: • You did not pay anything out of pocket for this project. We were awarded the bid because we charged less than other contractors while delivering greater value—including a full electrical system upgrade that brought your home up to code. • Your basement was already damaged prior to our involvement. We not only restored it, but also added framing and created an additional room at no cost—work that passed all municipal and federal inspections. • The delay was due to the permitting process and the scheduling of inspections—not the labor. We remained fully compliant with St. Louis County, the City of Hazelwood, and a federal housing repair program, all of which approved and signed off on the completed project. • The sump pump was installed correctly and performed exactly as designed. Your basement flooded before project completion due to a collapsed/clogged lateral line during a tornado that left your home without power for a week—a situation unrelated to our work. The sump pump functioned properly and extracted the water before inspectors arrived. Not only did we install the sump pump, but we also completed the following upgrades to the electrical system: • Installed a new 200A meter base • Ran a new overhead feeder line from the utility pole to the house • Installed a new neutral line (bundled with the feeder) • Drove a new 8 ft ground rod outside for grounding • Installed a new water pipe ground connection inside the home These upgrades brought the home’s electrical system up to current code and improved overall safety and reliability. • You delayed inspections multiple times by denying access to the property. Despite this, the federal agency released full payment after reviewing the completed work—one week prior to the final inspection. • You contributed only $300 toward the required permits, which you underpaid.

  Jonathan was great. He completed all repairs to the insurance standards. He was able to guide me through the entire process. Jonathan was also able to point out things the insurance company missed.

  Johnathan and his team did an amazing job from start to finish. He ensured the work was fine correctly and he took care of all the work dealing with the insurance company and making sure I received everything that I needed as far as my roof, gutters, paint etc. They were professional and completed the job in a timely manner. I highly recommend them.

  They are organized and transparent. They worked with my insurance carrier State Farm and made sure my only out of pocket expenses was my deductible. They installed my roof, gutters and repaired my laundry room drywall ceiling in two day!!!!

  Johnathon helped me with my property insurance claim after receiving a denial for coverage by Allstate we met went over details and then achieved an approval . He kept me informed throughout the entire process which was completed in a timely matter. He is very professional and knowledgeable of his job kept I highly recommend.
