Ken with Empire Roofing and Exteriors did an outstanding job on the roof of our home and storage shed. They were fast, efficient, and made sure we were completely satisfied before leaving the property. Ken was incredibly prompt, kind, knowledgeable, and thorough every step of the way. Highly recommend Derrick answered my call first time and came out in a few days to do an assessment of what my roof needed, in just 2 days he was back out making the repair. Very professional and quick in response and completion and giving professional advice on the needs of my roof and all my options.

Same day call back from Derek on a Friday evening. He said he would be in the area and could stop by the next day. He looked the roof over and fixed the issue quickly on what is normally his day off. He photographed areas of concern and explained the causes and what could happen. We explained we were in the market for a new roof and would like some quotes. He took the time on his day off to explain some facets of roof replacement, what they use and some differences between products. Very pleasant, professional, and seems to really care. We are looking forward to his quotes and answering any more questions we may have for our future investment.

I 1000% recommend for any of your roofing and repair needs!! I received a number to call for help with my roofing, and from day one Derek was so helpful in getting everything set up and covered! Him and his team were so attentive and on the ball! My roof looks AMAZING and only took them 2 days to complete once started and a few of my moms yard ornaments were accidentally broken during the roofing process and Derek didn’t hesitate for one second to make it right! Truly an honest man and so very dependable! Thank you for going above and beyond to repair my roof and make it so beautiful! We appreciate you greatly!

Derek came out and gave us a free quote for our roof and siding and ended up helping us get both covered for the cost of our deductible through our homeowners insurance. We cannot recommend them enough

Good honest guys, was concerned I needed a new roof due to the age, they came out looked it over and said I could get another 10-15 years out of it, they care about the customer not just trying to make money off of you.
