  I witnessed a Caucasian male in his early 50’s with blue eyes taking items off of people’s front porch this morning off of Morningstar and Cresta rd in Colorado Springs. He was placing door knob hangers and removing items and stuffing them in his pocket or belt pouch. I confronted him and demanded that he return what he took. He acted defensively, and refused to return the items despite me witnessing him take them from several houses on Morningstar lane. I was less than polite and will always be when I see people stealing. Do better, Elo.

  The roof is great. The service from both headquarters in Florida, and the branch in Colorado was profoundly poor. My recommendation for people in the market for a new roof, is go with another company. A company that is capable of communicating with its clients, and value the fact that someone is giving you copious amounts of money for a service.

  I called ELO because, per their website, they do roof repair. They inspected my roof and gave me an estimate. After 3 attempts to have them do the work, I still do not have a roof repair! They kept me in a wait state for 3 months. This is after I told them the job is urgent because I’m concerned about water damage.

  I've had the good fortune (?) to work with ELO Roofing after the last two hurricanes that impacted Ormond Beach. Tim Taylor provided prompt estimates each time & installed temporary cover while awaiting final repair. In spite of significant damage done, our repairs were well done within weeks. Recommend ELO without reservation.

  SIMPLY OUTSTANDING!!  Ryan A and Elo Roofing stand far above the rest in Colorado.  We felt valued and were well taken care of throughout the entire process...and the new roof looks fantastic! He handled the insurance claim from start to finish and was patient anwering every question we had.  It was very refreshing to work with someone who kept us in the loop throughout the process. Frankly, working with Elo was one of the most enjoyable experiences we've had with a contractor.  Ryan and the crew were top-notch. 10/10 would recommend!!

  I was surprised at the price, about half of other contractors I got quotes from some years ago. Expected lesser service given that price. They were honest, patient with my requests and changes, proactively communicated (rare for contractors), on schedule, even cleaned up after themselves.

  Robert came out to inspect my roof what I thought to be a major leak come to find out it was a small leak from a bullet hole. Robert educated me on the proper steps to take to fix on my own because the hole was so small. Robert was so professional and courteous.

  These guys are truly amazing! HIGHLY RECOMMEND!! Communication was outstanding, work was phenomenal & completed in a timely manner. Joseph was so awesome handling our claim with the insurance so we didn’t get cut short on everything that was damaged in the hail storm. If you need your roof fixed go to Elo roofing!!!   We got our roof repaired after hail damage and Elo roofing did a good job. We had a rocky start to the project but Joseph was able to get everything handled.
