The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Zero "0" Stars This company is HORRIBLE. I had a roof put on in November 2023. What was stated to me prior to starting the job was changed after the job was completed, no project manager onsite, did damage to the home and attempted to hide the damage by fixing with unauthorized siding. Never attempted to find the correct siding. Roofers didn't start on the day stated and was given excuses for two(2) days then the roofers where hurrying. I had to continuously stop the progress to have them fix issues. Have been attempting to contact since Nov 23 to obtain the stated warranty and have not been able to contact anyone. No one is returning emails or phones calls. DO NOT USE or you will be regretful.

I had storm damage and they helped me with my insurance company to get my roof replaced. Experience was super easy and stress free. Great service and professional personnel.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 3 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 3, of which 3 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
There is not much data on Elite Roofing Concepts. A short record here means our capture found little — not that there is nothing to find, and not that the business is new or inactive.
