  Bad experience on roofing with Elite Roofing. Came multiple times for the roof leak repair but the guy could not fix the leak. Now there is a damage internally due to water intrusion. Do not recommend.

  Dont use this company! They got a check from insurance company for $18000. Claimed to have finished replacing the rook and restore a sun porch. Gutters were not attached correctly or at least the ones that were not left in back yard. Leaves and pine needles hanging between the gutters and the house. They left trash all around the house. I have tried many time to contact them with my concerns and always get the recieptist who claims they just walked out the office. Customer satisfaction???what a joke. DO WHAT YOU ADVERTISE and DO WHAT YOU GOT PAID TO DO. SEE PICS BELOW FORNTHE QUALITY OF JEREMY'S COMPANYS WORK

  Absolutely terrible...avoid at all cost. I called them because my State Farm agency recommended them. What a mistake. I had a simple leak around fireplace vent that I wanted repaired. The person who came out took this simple request and said that I had hail damage and should have my entire roof replaced. State Farm adjuster came out and said that the roof was fine, but I obviously had a simple leak that needed the flashing repaired. Elite Roofing had me appeal State Farm. I told the owner that I still wanted the leaked repaired and would pay for that while we waited on the appeal process two weeks later. Elite set up a time for a Saturday repair, but they did not show up. I have a voicemail from the owner saying that they would be there on this particular Saturday, but I digress. The following week, State Farm adjuster came out to meet Elite Roofing but they did not show up for the second inspection. The owner gave some terrible excuse about why they missed the appointment. I have called Dr. Roof to get real service. Elite Roofing and Restoration is basically your storm and hail damage chaser trying to scam insurance companies into paying for roof replacements that may not be needed.

  We had a supply line bust in our guest bathroom on our main floor & it flooded over half of the house. It’s something we wouldn’t want anyone to go through. We used Elite Roofing & Restoration because they did such a great job on our roof that we felt safe trusting them with helping us rebuild our home. I cannot say enough how grateful we are for the quality work they did, the support & help they provided, & the attention to detail they put in on turning a really bad situation into a beautiful home again. Jeremy & Catherine and their entire team work very hard and dont mess around with time. They are dedicated to their work and it shows in their approach to make sure their customers are happy. I hope no one ever has to experience a flood but if you ever did, there is no other company I would recommend except Elite Roofing & Restoration. I added some before and afters to show their work.

  These people are so friendly from the top to the bottom. Anyone looking for a new roof and gutter work ,you don't have to look any further than Elite. They did an amazing job on my roof and gutters. Did all the work with my insurance company . Definitely a 5 star company!!!!

  Jeremy and the team at Elite Roofing and Restoration did an outstanding job on our home in North Georgia. After storm damage caused significant issues with our roof and exterior, they handled a full roof replacement along with fascia, soffit, and gutter replacement. Jeremy and his team walked us through the entire process from start to finish. What really set them apart was how they helped manage the insurance claim process. They met with the adjuster, documented the damage properly, and made sure everything that needed to be repaired was included. The crew was professional, efficient, and respectful of our property. The workmanship was excellent and the finished result looks fantastic. The new roof, fascia, soffits, and gutters completely restored the exterior of our home and gave us peace of mind knowing the work was done right. If you need a roofing company in Forsyth County or the North Georgia area, I highly recommend Elite Roofing and Restoration.   I had an excellent experience working with Elite Roofing on both my new home updates and preparing my old house to sell. From start to finish, the team was professional, reliable, and easy to work with. Jeremy, the owner, was incredibly helpful and knowledgeable, making sure everything stayed on track and was done right. I worked closely with the Project Manager, Eddie, on the majority of my house updates, and he was fantastic — very communicative, detail-oriented, and always made sure I was happy with the work being done. He kept me informed throughout the process and was great at addressing questions or changes along the way. The quality of work exceeded my expectations, and the experience was smooth and stress-free during what can be a very busy time. I would absolutely recommend Elite Roofing to anyone looking for a trustworthy general contractor and will definitely use them again in the future.

  I can’t say enough great things about my experience with this roofing company. Rays the man! From start to finish, they were timely, professional, and extremely dependable.
