We hired Dustin and his team to fix our roof on our sunroom and porch last Summer. He said it would only take 3 days but it was months before they came to fix their mistakes. They did not fix their mistakes and now our roof is leaking in our sunroom. The water is coming through our ceiling fan. If we hadn’t noticed it our house would have probably caught on fire.We paid 6500 for this out the outside plug is how they decided to run cord for ceiling fan for deck. There is no way we are using that. It’s visibly dangerous!

I used this business May/June 2021. This business is owned by Dustin Green. He took down and put up 2 retaining walls plus installed a new tin roof. Well now I’m having leaks in my roof and he will not respond to my phone calls. I have a …

This is simply untrue. We were hired my Ms. Mckinney to replace two failing retaining walls as other company’s had priced way out of budget, but we found a way to get Ms. McKinney’s retaining walls replaced in budget as she was a neighbor and we wanted to help anyway possible. The brick on the retaining wall was no longer made so our crew hand chiseled 4,000 brick just so that we could use the same brick that matched her house. We additionally torn down all the block behind the brick and had to haul off 4 dump truck loads of dirt and debris as it was not backfilled probably to begin with. After that we rebuilt both retaining walls poured full of concrete beautifully with Ms. McKinney saying so herself, then we hooked up drainage pipes behind the wall before backfilling with gravel for proper drainage after we put topsoil on seeded and strawwed the yard. When we finished her retaining walls she said she also needed a new roof, we then worked out a deal to get her a new roof and retaining wall for a very affordable price, in order to get the cost down, I installed her roof myself in June just to help out. Everything went smoothly with that as well. Fast forward a few months and I get this review posted. Ms.McKinney called my office one time on a Monday about a leak around her chimney, my bookkeeper was out that day and returned her call the next day when she got back. After that on Wednesday I called Ms. McKinney and was out to fix her small leak the next day. We provided a great affordable service for one of our neighbors and this is an unfair attack on our business and on my character.

I was very impressed with Dustin at Elite Roofing & Exteriors. He went above and beyond my expectations. I was having a persistent leak in my roof, even after I had a different roofing company “fix” it. He found the problem, fixed it and …
