  My dad used this company on his house to fix his roof that leaked. They did not fix the leak and told them that they were not fixing it any more they replaced the roof that still leaks they spent a lot of money to get this problem fixed and they won't come back after they were paid

  I am sorry Chelsey. Please reach out to our office at 423-438-9516. We have not received any calls about any leaks from any of our customers. Are you sure we did the Roof. We take pride in our work and have never left a customer hanging. We would love to resolve the problem.

  Just a bad experience even with the follow up after Work was complete. Not a complainer but paid allot and didn’t get what I was expecting.

  I had a very lengthy review typed out, but Google said it was too long, so I did try to shorten it to fit. We were originally scheduled for Wednesday–Thursday, but no one showed up or contacted us about a weather delay, we had to call to find out it was pushed to Friday–Saturday. While we understand weather happens, the lack of communication was the first red flag. Work started well on Friday, but Saturday raised serious concerns. The crew brought a child and a dog to the job site, which felt very unprofessional. We also noticed on our security cameras that key components, like foam in the valley, were not installed, along with other questionable workmanship. Things escalated when we saw multiple crew members on camera looking into our vehicles and even sitting on my husband’s motorcycle without permission. That was completely unacceptable. When the job was “finished,” the roof had multiple issues—missing trim, improper edging, incorrectly installed screws, and several cosmetic problems. We contacted the company and spoke with Miranda (the owner’s wife), who was helpful, but communication overall remained inconsistent. Matthew, the project manager, was especially unprofessional throughout the process. We were told the crew had been fired, yet one of the same workers was later sent back to our property anyway. There were repeated delays, missed arrival times, and poor follow-through. Eventually, a different installer came out and corrected many of the issues. He was professional, knowledgeable, and easy to work with, unfortunately, that was not our experience with the rest of the team. From start to finish, this process was stressful, disorganized, and frustrating. While the roof is now mostly repaired, we are still not fully satisfied. Due to the lack of communication, unprofessional behavior, and poor workmanship, we would not recommend this company.

  I called one day and they seemed happy to help. Tried numerous times to contact them again and all calls not returned. Let phone number and several messages. I was ignored. Not a way to do business.

  My wife was recommended this roofing company by a friend. Come to find out they did a terrible job and my roof was still leaking!!! I REPEAT DO NOT WORK WITH THIS COMPANY! Save your money and go somewhere else. One of the workers named Daniel tried telling me that the roof was not indeed leaking when it clearly was!!! I will not be contracting this company ever again😡😡😤

  Great company. Was in the market for a new shingle roof that needed extra repairs. A friend recommended TF Building Solutions. I called them and got a quote the same day. The install and repairs were done quickly and professionally and installers kept the area clean of debris. The cost for the project was more then reasonable for the amount of demo and repair that was needed on my install. I'm content with the work as well as the price and will be recommending TF Building Solutions to anyone looking for roof work or other projects.

  Garrett from TF Building Solutions came out promptly and was extremely courteous and knowledgeable. He was able to give me a roofing estimate very quickly. They came out and replaced my roof a few days later and did an excellent job. I cannot recommend them enough!
