Much higher than most — the typical roofer in Tennessee sits at 1.9%. A higher share is a reason to read the critical reviews below, not a verdict.
The critical reviews
The one and two-star reviews, first. These are what a star average hides, and they are the reason this page exists.

Not sure who drives for them in the Clermont area, but this morning that person should not be driving changing lanes without signaling driving at reckless speeds very unprofessional

Not sure who was driving but they don't need to be driving company vehicles if they're going to speed 15+ over the posted speed limit. weave in and out of traffic and cutting people off with barely even a cars length to get around. I have young children in my car and he almost took out the front end of my car on I75 at 8:35am.

I - 75 northbound July 3 6:45pm EST. Mile Marker 15 One of you drivers almost side swiped us by passing on the shoulder. Extremely dangerous. If this is what they do on public roads I wouldnt hire them

Reckless driving by your drivers on 30 in the morning. The way i watch you all drive i wouldn’t allow you to step foot on my property.

I don't know what these other folks are talking about but they must not have had Stephen. The kindest, hard working and most genuine guy you can find. Please do yourselves a favor.. you deserve to be treated honestly for a change. Stephen 😎🙌 …

What Eskola Roofing says about itself
Taken from the business’s own website. We have not checked any of it. These are quotes, not credentials — a roofer writing “licensed and insured” on their homepage is not evidence that they are.
States a founding year
“…Tower) YOUR PARTNERSHIP WITH ESKOLA Since 1972, Eskola has been installing…”
Their site also states: warranty offered.

Where this page comes from
Every figure above is Google’s, captured on 24 September 2026. The star average and the 23 ratings behind it are counted by Google across all of its reviews. The review text on this page is a sample — we hold 5, of which 5 have any text — and it is not everything Google shows.
Roof Warden does not verify licenses, bonds, insurance or workers’ compensation cover, and nothing on this page should be read as though we had. Confirm those directly with the contractor and with your state or provincial licensing body before you hire anyone.
