  My original experience was great. However after service has not been. My roof sprung a leak after a new roof being put on. Called and texted multiple times for 8 days. I was told someone would show up the next day. Eventually silence, no responses to calls or texts. Had another company come out and they discovered issues with the roof. Such as no ice and water shielding and roof needs a cricket to prevent leaks. So my original 7k roof has tuned in to 21k. I wouldn't recommend them due to no after service support.

  Robert, thank you for your feedback. We sincerely apologize for the breakdown in communication regarding your service appointment. Due to weather delays, we had to reschedule multiple appointments that week, and unfortunately your follow-up visit was missed. That was not the level of customer service we strive to provide, and we understand your frustration. We would also like to clarify a couple of points for anyone reading this review. The roofing system installed was completed according to the scope of work you selected. We provided multiple estimate options, including packages with and without ice and water shield. The option you chose did not include that upgrade, and this was discussed before the project began. Regarding the chimney cricket, current building code generally requires a cricket only for chimneys that are 30 inches or wider measured perpendicular to the roof slope. Your chimney is below that threshold, so a cricket was not required as part of the installation. We genuinely regret that we were unable to complete the follow-up inspection after the scheduling issue. We did reach out to resolve the situation, but we understand and respect your decision. We appreciate the opportunity to have worked on your home and wish you the very best moving forward.

  God forbid if you have an issue and need anything fixed after the roof is installed...Save your money...if you have problems...these clowns absolutely will not fix it...trim on our house is almond...Miasanmia …

  Miasanmia did a great job on my deck. The installers were professional and worked hard to complete the project. This is the second project I’ve worked with them on and will use them again in the future.

  The price was perfect for our family and dealing with the company itself was a pleasure. The workmanship looked solid, but I won't know just how good until after the first hard rain. Luckily they have a good warranty, so I don't expect any surprises. Will update with photos.

  Miasanmia helped my first-time homebuyer with the installation of a new roof. Everything was completed on time, and communication with Enil was excellent throughout the process.   Enil and his crew built a 30x50 garage with a lean to for us. They were amazing! The communication was the best experience we’ve had with anyone we’ve ever dealt with. Definitely would use them in the future and recommend them!

  I had a small project I needed taken care of from a home inspection report. They showed up on time for the estimate and even wrote a letter about a non-issue with one of the items on the home inspection report. The tech they sent out to do the work did a great job. We are very happy with Miasanmia and we will use them again for future projects.
