Do not hire this company. Amateurs at best. They installed a new roof a little over a year ago and in the process, covered the existing hole where a new vent hood was to be replaced (which they knew about). They were called back to install it directly over the hole I cut in my kitchen ceiling. Instead, they cut a hole in the roof where they had patched and covered the old hole. But they didn't even cut a round hole in it to accept proper vent ducts. So I fixed that myself. Over time, the ceiling paint and drywall began to peel and have obvious signs of moisture. One technician came out and said he didn't know enough to repair it. After finally getting another technician out to look at it, he claimed he fixed it (without even inspecting inside the attic). Now, two to three months later the water damaged spot is worse. Thirty minutes after a strong rain(today), water started pouring down my backsplash and back of the cabinet. Now there is water damage to my ceiling, cabinets and walls. The roof is supposed to be under warranty and I have contacted them and left a message. We will see if they send a professional or another hack job to do the fix. I'm also still cleaning up rusty roof nails from their job over one year ago and there are still dents in my gutters that they created. I suggest another company for any roofing needs.

UPDATE: They called today after seeing my review and asked to make it right, but I had already moved on to another company. I contacted this company last Monday, June 26 and spoke with a representative. They asked several questions and took down all the details and information concerning a roof leak. I was told someone from my area would call to schedule an inspection. As of today, July 6, I have not heard a word.

Everything they did from start to finish was exactly what we were looking for. They have a great rating with GAF so they are able to offer unbeatable warranties with the GAF shingles. Elijah was very quick and straight forward with the quote and explained everything that needed to be done very clearly. It was a 1 day project cleaned up the yard nicely and the roof looks very good and the care that went Into making sure every part of the roof was perfect! Before and after pictures included! Will recommend Elite Roofing forever!

Just wanted to post a quick review on Elite Roof and Solar- Winston Salem, and Mr. Elijah Plemmons in particular. Excellent experience and very fast response on a recent roof inspection and installation of gutter guards for our house. Two to three day service on both requests. Very professional and friendly. The gutter guards and gutter cleaning were done impressively fast and professionally. They also cleaned up nicely when finished. Would highly recommend Elite Roof and Solar - Winston Salem.

We just had our gutters replaced by Elite Roof and Solar (Winston Salem location). It was a fantastic experience from them being recommended by Lowe's, the very friendly and professional, Neil Milroy coming to our home to give us our estimate, the office staff doing everything right, and the amazing installers. The gutters look fantastic and have updated and improved the way our home looks. We couldn't ask for more, and highly recommend them.

Elijah was the inspector that came out to inspect my roof, and he is great. He went into the attic with me and explained what he saw, and then up on the roof to inspect it's condition. Thankfully my problems are mostly cosmetic for now, but the minute I need a new roof I know who I'll call. Knowledgeable and considerate, highly recommend.

Gutters don't get much attention until they're causing problems, but they're one of the most important parts of your home's water management system. In the latest episode of This Old Roof, Elite Roof and Solar explains what really happens when gutters fail, and why the damage often shows up far below the roofline, in your foundation and crawlspace. https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=_PIfSRHRkNg 12 hours ago
