  I had Eldridge roofing do a repair and when I had a small leak where they patched they never even looked at it then ghosted me not returning any calls. I do have a receipt and showed it to the receptionist after going into there store. its sad that some companies can get away with this. I believe its court time.

  Quoted price for half of roof to be done was $10,000, covered Bathroom venting and which they did fix with a galvanized pipe now I have to replace it with PVC pipe. It took them 3 weeks to get everything done and I still had to clean up the yard from all the trash they left behind.

  Tried to scam me! Very predatory company explained how much I would pay out of pocket and when it came time to pay it was almost triple! Read the fine print!!!!!

  Called for an estimate and spoke with someone who told me I would be contacted about setting up a day and time, didn't hear anything back from them. Great way to run a business.

  Can't speak to the quality of their work (or lack thereof) but i can speak on how they drive 45-60 mph out of Midwest Roofing Supply past my house all day. Including when i have my 6 year old son outdoor playing. I can't recommend doing business with a company whose employees don't value basic public safety or so much as a residential speed limit.

  The team at Eldridge Roofing and Siding was efficient and professional repairing our damaged roof and siding. The team answered all of our questions in quick and easy to understand way. Work was completed within the agreed upon timelines. The work crews were very careful to not damage our flowers and shrubs.

  I had several roofers give us an estimate to replace the roof on my home due to storm damage. Troy from Eldridge Roofing stood out from the others due to his knowledge and professionalism. He was an excellent communicator being quick and responsive to any questions I had. His crew was tidy making sure all debris was picked up and disposed of. I decided to wait until this Spring to reroof my detached garage. They completed the job as soon as the weather warmed up.   I struggled to find a roofing company that was honest and reliable. Then I saw an advertisement for Eldridge, and I’m so glad I did! They went above and beyond to replace my roof and make sure all was done correctly. The crew was fast, friendly and efficient. I would highly recommend them!

  Just had our roof ripped off (2 layers) and a new roof done. From the first step, Joe was friendly, professional and efficient. He made the entire process very smooth. Their crew of 6 arrived and were on the roof by 7:15am.. Our house and detached garage were done and the crew was gone by 4pm! Headed outside to see how it looked, and there was not a single trace of garbage or mess to be found! No one would have ever known the roof had been redone! Worth EVERY penny! We will recommend Eldridge Roofing, Joe and the crew to everyone we know!

  We recently had some third-story roof leaks (our first in this home). We had reached out to several local companies for quotes. Eldridge was able to send Troy out to inspect the damaged areas, provide us with a quote, and complete the repairs before most of the other companies could even send someone out for an inspection/quote. We could not be happier with the results and our roof is now better than new! Troy walked us through the damages he found, the repairs that would be needed, the methods and products he recommended using, what to look for moving forward, and very patiently answered all of our questions. Troy's professionalism, expertise, experience, workmanship, and demeanor are all top-notch. We will be exclusively using and recommending Eldridge from here on out.
