I had a little bit of moss starting on my roof so I gave Efficient Roofing a call and they were out there the next day. Quick estimate and were out there the day after I accepted the estimate. …

Efficient roofing had very good customer service. I had some repair work needed done and when they went on the roof they noticed the vents had huge holes in them. I really feel like they didn’t try to sell me on anything I didn’t need , however they pointed things out that were necessary to fix. Highly recommended.

Excellent customer service and went well beyond the leaks I called Efficient to fix. First thing Pedro did is survey the entire roof, finding even more problems. His recommendations were excellent and his work as well. Highly recommend.

Thank you so much Cliff for trusting us with your roof repairs! Thank you so much for the positive feedback! My husband’s experience and expertise lets him be able to detect why leaks happen and how to fix them to stop the leaks. If you have anymore problems with your roof don’t hesitate to give us a call!

Your roof does not fail all at once. It happens slowly, and by the time most property owners notice something is seriously wrong, the damage has already spread further than it needed to. Maybe you have noticed a few shingles that look off, granules washing into your gutters, or a small water stain on your ceiling you have been putting off. In the Pacific Northwest, where rain and moisture are relentless, a roof past its prime does not get better on its own. It gets worse every season until what started as a minor issue turns into rotting decking, mold, and water damage that costs far more than a new roof ever would have. If your roof is over 20 years old, showing uneven wear, or needing repairs more than once a year, you are likely throwing money at a roof that is already on its way out. At Efficient Roofing, we give you a straight answer. We will assess your roof, tell you exactly what we see, and help you make the right call without any pressure. We are fully insured and proud to serve homeowners and property owners throughout the Albany, Oregon area.
