One item to note is that this contractor appears to be a sales-driven company and requires the owner to be present on-site before they will provide a repair-versus-replacement recommendation. Unfortunately, they are unwilling to provide a proposal based solely on an inspection and photos without an owner present. As a result, I have not worked closely enough with this company to form an opinion regarding the quality of their work, reliability, or overall service. He explained how they would reinforce the damaged areas and secure the surrounding sections to prevent future leaks.
