  I had a serious roof leak at the house, and most roofing contractors I talked to pushed for a full roof replacement instead of a simple repair. I needed a more affordable roofing solution. I left a message in the afternoon, and Roger got back to me that same evening. The next morning, Jared and Frederick arrived quickly and completed a solid roof patch that stopped the leak right away. After seeing their work, I also asked about replacing the roof over the back porch. They explained a couple of roofing options in clear, simple terms and gave me a very reasonable quote. When the crew started the job, they found the roof deck and framing had more long-term water damage than expected because the roof was old and had been leaking for quite a while. Even with that, they handled everything professionally and kept me informed through the process. They replaced the damaged rafters, installed new underlayment, updated the flashing and drip edge, and finished it with a clean, great-looking rolled roofing system. The whole job turned out excellent. The crew was professional, friendly, skilled, and easy to work with. I am very happy with the results and would highly recommend them for roof repair, roof replacement, and porch roofing work.

  Amazing roofing crew! From the quote to the finished roof, the whole process was smooth and impressive. They came out, checked the aging leaking roof, took clear photos of the problem areas, and once the agreement was signed, they quickly scheduled the roof replacement and repair. Within just a few days, the old roofing was removed, damaged sections were fixed, and the new roof was installed with fresh shingles and updated materials. they also shared new photos of the work in progress and the completed roof, which really helped. the value was great, the workmanship was solid, and i was very happy with the whole experience. their team was professional, efficient, and easy to work with. if i could give more stars, i would.

  Communication was clear, and the roofing crew arrived right on time for both the estimate and the repair. I had a leaking gutter issue that needed to be taken care of before a new patio project started. At first, I thought the gutter pitch was wrong or that I would need an extra downspout along the side of the house. After checking everything, they explained that the slope was fine and that the real fix was adding a proper piece to direct water straight into the gutter system. The repair was simple, professional, and done with good workmanship. Now the gutter works perfectly with no leaks, even during heavy Lynnwood rain. I really appreciate how quickly they found the problem and provided the right roofing and gutter solution.

  I recently had my roof repaired after some storm damage, and overall, I’m happy with how things turned out. At first, everything went smoothly—the team was helpful with handling my insurance claim and did a solid job fixing my roof. The shingles look great, and the crew, including Roger and Frederick, worked efficiently and kept the area tidy. There was some confusion with the invoicing and insurance payments at first, which caused me a bit of stress. I received an invoice that didn’t match what my insurance had paid, and it took several calls to sort things out. Communication about the insurance and payment process could have been clearer, and it would have helped to understand upfront how the deductible and coverage worked with the roofing contract. In the end, though, the company resolved everything and I received a check that covered the difference, making the whole process much easier than I initially expected. I appreciate how the staff ultimately handled the situation, and I’m satisfied with my new roof. I’d recommend this roofer for anyone needing repairs, but would suggest clearer communication about insurance and payments to make things even smoother for future customers. Upgrading my rating to four stars!

  I reached out to a roofing company in Lynnwood after noticing a leak in my roof during a recent heavy rainstorm with strong winds. Roger came out to take a look—he inspected the area inside the attic and also checked around the outside of the house. He paid special attention to the seals around the vents on the ceiling. Roger mentioned that the overall construction of my roof was really solid and pointed out that the house was still quite new. He explained that, since the leak only happened during that particular storm and didn’t happen before or after, the likely cause was that strong winds forced rainwater into a vent. Roger suggested that I keep an eye on the spot during future rain, and to get in touch if the problem came back. I appreciated that he didn’t charge for the inspection and said that leaving a review would be thanks enough. The whole experience was positive, and I’m glad I called them for help.

  roger came out recently to check our roof after we noticed some water dripping from the ceiling in our dining room. he arrived right on time, quickly found a possible cause, and let us know it had already fixed itself. he took the time to explain what usually causes these kinds of leaks and how to stop them from happening in the future. i was a bit anxious about mold, but roger reassured me that it only becomes an issue if there’s ongoing moisture. even though it was a quick visit since the problem was gone, he really helped put my mind at ease about needing big repairs or facing major issues later on. i tried to pay for his time, but he wouldn’t accept it. i really appreciated his honesty, roofing experience, and how efficient he was. if we ever have another roofing problem in lynnwood, i know who to call.

  We recently had a new roof and gutters installed on our home in Lynnwood, and we’re extremely pleased with the results. The roof looks fantastic—the lines are perfectly straight, and even the aluminum vents for the furnace, dryer, and bathroom were painted to match, so everything blends together nicely. We feel confident that the job was done right. Derek was attentive to every detail from start to finish. He kept every promise and made sure the project ran smoothly. It was clear that he cares about his crew, too—he made sure they had proper facilities and required them to attend safety meetings, which isn’t something you always see in roofing companies. The whole team was friendly, careful, and did excellent work. We were a bit nervous before the work began, but the process was easy and smooth for us. At the end of the project, the crew cleaned up really well, and we only found a few stray nails afterward. We didn’t have to worry about a thing, as everything was handled for us.
