  Gil was very knowledgeable of our roof issues and responded to our inquiries immediately. He was very caring and patient with our questions. Glad they are so close to us for future projects.

  We had such a positive experience with Titan Roofing! We got four estimates and Titan was the most reasonably priced and Gil was such a pleasure to work with. Everything was low pressure, transparent, and genuine (unlike other big companies where my spouse and I felt targeted by sales pressure). Gil was available to answer questions every step of the way. The team was extremely professional and our neighbors even commented on how thoughrogh the crew was at combing our property for any nails/debris. They actually left our back yard cleaner than they found it and mowed down some overgrown area in our side yard. Our new roof is beautiful and we can already feel a major difference in temperature inside with the new ventilation system. Highly recommend Titan Roofing!!

  Titan roofing and their crew were excellent! The owner, Gilsomar is a super friendly, knowledgeable and professional person. He went over all out options from the least costly to the most expensive choices without being pushy. When he arrived to inspect our roof for the first time he had already pulled the public records on our house, it’s measurements, position, etc… he went up the roof with my husband, looked at our leaking ceilings from inside the house, and took videos and pictures on his drone! His catalog of roof materials and color choices with all the pictures and explanation of their advantages is very helpful for someone like us that had never dealt with with roof issues before. The estimate and pricing details made it easy for us to understand the pricing and what to expect by the end. The unknown part of our project was how many plywoods would be rotten underneath the shingles, so to help with the estimate it came with the price of each plywood and based on the measurements of the house the total number of plywood was calculated as worst case scenario (if all were bad) versus what they could tell was most likely bad by their inspection. So, we had a likely minimal number of plywoods that would be needed and if everything needed to be replaced. That made it easy to plan and no room for hidden costs or fees surprising us at the end. Even when compared to the other 3 estimates from other companies Titan’s was not only less expensive but the most comprehensive and clear document. They even fixed our chimney problems at no charge. The crew was very friendly and respectful, always smiling and taking their shoes off when coming in the house was needed. Every day the came they cleaned up all the outside mess of debris, tarps, tools, etc… despite having to rip out all our roof, they were very careful with our decks, BBQ, porch, outdoor furniture, etc… tarping and protecting everything. Nothing got a scratch of damage. Great experience! Highly recommend!

  All I gotta say is hire GIL and his team to take care of your roof needs. The guys in his team work very hard for their money and worth every dime that you pay them. Very reasonable price for metal roofing, fly woods and insulation installations. They completed the project on time with quality and honesty, not like other big roofers company. And the best part is you dont even pay anything up front until the project is completed and you completely satified with it. Highly recommended👍👍👍

  Let me preface the review and say upfront I was a roofer for 12 years in my younger years. My experience with Titan Roofing from the beginning to the end was excellent. Gil the owner is great. When you get a quote from him you will see that he is very transparent and there is no pressure. The crew did good work and they make sure you are satisfied with the application and clean up. I was very happy with the job and the price was very fair. I definitely would hire them again.
