  One of the main reason we decided to go with Blue & Blue (B&B) was because of the outstanding reviews, although our roof was done without any issues, the "clean up" that B&B provided was unacceptable. The day after our roof was completed I called in to ask for a final invoice and inform Mickala that our gutter was not cleaned out properly which was fine as it's been raining and would eventually clean itself out. A few hours later I received a call back from another employee Ruth regarding the gutter, she doubted that our gutter was not cleaned out properly. When the call ended I emailed the company pictures of the gutter when the job was completed and the most recent picture that day. After this incident we decided to check our attic to see if there was any fallen debris and clean it up, to our horror we find literally trash in our attic. Although the company didn't reply to my emails they sent a contractor to our house the next business day to clean up, we have already cleaned up the attic so they just check the gutter one last time. We also decided to get new skylights installed. The installation of the skylight seemed rushed because the contractors didn't realize they were supposed to install the skylights until they were ready to leave after the completion of the roof when we inform them we were also expecting new skylight. Felt like the business was careless and unorganized.

  I have worked with Blue and Blue Roofing on three separate occasions and each time I reach out, I am impressed with the emphasis this company places on customer service. Every team member that I have worked with has been friendly, helpful, knowledgeable and transparent about scheduling and pricing. Earlier this month, they installed four new safety anchors on my roof as I was having a hard time finding a moss removal company to come and clean with only our original anchor in place. They came out a week after I called and once the work was complete, photos were emailed of the work with my invoice. Very organized and thorough! Thanks Blue and Blue!!

That's exactly the point of doing it that way.   I was told by one contractor that we needed a new roof. Blue & Blue came out not once but twice for free to reassure me that our roof was fine. I will definitely go to them when I actually do need a new roof.

  My experience with Blue and Blue roofing from the first conversation to the final invoice was professional and thorough. I called them regarding a quote for roof caps.   Blue and Blue Roofing is a trustworthy, reliable and professional company- we will use them again. Wayde, the representative who inspected our roof/attic and provided a very competitive quote, was on time and maintained good communications throughout the sales/installation process. We called Blue and Blue to replace about 50 feet of ‘intake vent’ that a previous roofing company had installed improperly, causing leaks that subsequent repairs didn’t fix. Blue and Blue not only provided a better vent, but their installation tech utilized recommended installation materials and procedures not used by the previous company. Many thanks to Blue and Blue: we should have used you the first time around!
