  Disappointed with PE today. Spent 35k for siding last year. Was somewhat happy with project outcome but did have issues with door and other imperfections. Well yesterday i went to replace the hose bib on one of my outdoor hoses. I removed the caulk and discovered that PE had buried the mounting plate and screws to the bib under the siding trim meaning i would have to remove the entire 10ft secured trim to get to it. Of course if i had known this after install i would have taken issue with it but the guys put so much caulk around the bib i assumed it would be exposed after removing the caulk. I reached out to Joe the project manager who has all the answers but none of which supports the customer only his company. He basically blew me off saying we arent plumbers. This had nothing to do with plumbing. They buried my plumbing access with trim and it was too much for Joe to send a guy out to fix this minor issue. Says alot about Joe and their after installation support and lack of loyalty. Perhaps these are the reasons their company is increasing in their 1 star reviews. Too bad. On a side note Larry the sales rep is awesome. He is not associated with this review but unfortunatley the company he works for is. Update. Even a bad review basically a plea to get them out to make things right didnt work. Guess ill submit a review weekly as this kind of business is not good

  It is shocking this company gets 4.5 stars! And the worst project manager on the planet got praises. Fool me once. You don’t have to be. Be prepared to be your own quality control and pray often. You need all the lucks you can get from all forces.

  If I could give them no stars I would. Two and a half years later we finally have our last undamaged windows. Communication was poor. Expertise was lacking for a unique home. Overpromise and under deliver every time. Do not recommend.

  Initial sales person was fantastic, professional, quick and thorough. The issues started after the first day of the installation. The first crew came on time, worked fast and did a seemingly great job. The next day they simply didn't show up! The two-day job then turned into a THREE WEEK JOB. In addition to the huge delays, the workers they found to actually show up came and then didn't do any work because they "needed materials". Then they told Pacific Exteriors they called out sick. When the work was complete a walk through showed the guy who did some of the work didn't do a good job, with gaps in the siding alignment Exposing the underlayment and some trim pieces had to be replaced and done with different sized materials. The cleanup wasn't very good at all to top it off, the rubber pieces from the barrier end up all over the place and resemble tic tacks split in half and there were staples and nails all over my driveway and yard despite them laying down tarps and using a magnet afterwards. I attribute the mess to some of the workers rolling up the tarps because they needed room for the dumpster to be picked up, but at least take the time to look over the area afterwards. We were lucky none of the nails ended up in our car tires. I also purposely set aside some siding they removed to reuse on a different area, then the other crew threw it away! They did end up replacing it with a new piece, but not until a week after the job was finally complete. I cannot recommend this company in the least and would say use someone else who may even be more expensive, but I bet that extra money would be worth it to avoid the hassle, delays, and frustration of Pacific Exteriors' contractors work ethic, professionalism and inability to show up two days in a row to finish a job.

  I'm beginning my second projects with Pacific Exteriors, and after my experience with this great company and specifically my project manager Jake, I never even considered working with anyone else for my siding and windows. Jake has been an incredible partner in the truest sense of the word. When I began working on my first flip house, I had no prior experience replacing siding, no first-hand knowledge of Hardie products, and just a little experience replacing windows. Jake patiently answered all of my questions (probably some of them several times) and took the time to teach me a lot in the process. It was a complex project (at least for me), and Jake was a man of his word on every promise and commitment he made to me. On any construction project, multiple things are guaranteed to not go perfectly, and that's where a partner really shows their true colors. Jake clearly had my back every step of the way. When I needed a favor that was in no way a due to anything Pacific Exteriors had or had not done, Jake was there for me. When I needed something expedited at short notice, Jake moved mountains to make it happen. On the one or two occasions where some detail was imperfect, Jake never made me feel I was asking too much to have it corrected. Thank you Jake, thank you Pacific Exteriors, and here's to our next project together!

  I would like to say that we had multiple companies come out bid the siding project Pacific exterior was not the lowest bid, but they certainly went the highest bid we went with them because they have a contract that is solid no add-ons anything that happens in the interim of this project they handle no up charge no complaining. They did a fabulous job. It was during the wet rainy season poured down rain for 2 1/2 weeks. Their guys muscle through this did a beautiful job. I can't say enough about their install team. They are top-notch did a beautiful job Jake the production manager was awesome handled every aspect of this making this seamless simple easy project for everybody I can't say enough I would recommend them over any company out there. They're awesome company do fabulous job.

  Words can't give this company enough praise for what they do. All I can say is if your looking for a company that does what it says it will do than look no further than Pacific Exterior. Everyone there was amazing. WE absolutely loved Abraham who provided the business quote and Jay the project manager well there is no better. He juggled our project with the delivery of his son "congratulations again buddy" but as far as our project went he knocked every deliverable out of the park. We had new siding for our entire home, gutters, soffit, facia and stack stone accents and some touch up painting. Take our advice and don't waste your time with competitor pricing. Contact Pacific Exterior and save yourself time. The quality of their workforce is amazing...

  As a new customer, the experience with Pacific Exteriors LLL was a pleasant experience. My Quote consultant Corbin, was absolutely honest , respectful and fully knowledgeable about the my roof repair needs and the quality of the roofing materials. The project manager James , fully explained the process of the roof repair and the time that it would take. The roofing job was completed in one day and the quality of work made my home look like newly built house.

  The siding project done by Pacific Exteriors was excellent. From start to finish, work was excellent. Any concerns were handled immediately. The project supervisors completed a walk thru addressing any concerns we had. They had a punchless of items I would have missed on my own, and those items will be addressed before the project is completed. This was very reassuring to us knowing that the project was carefully done from beginning to end.
