  The job was supposed to be done in a week it took 3. They over charged my mother The office manager obviously from conversations has zero clue about construction. The owner is conversion manipulator. And after the job was finished i seen they’ve cut a bunch of corners. And they didn’t pull any permits for my families house. Do not use this company!!!

  Absolutely abhorrent workmanship. 2 years later and still having issues with the shingles and water damage in the house. Always a run around trying to get someone to answer or show up. Very disrespectful customer service.

You contacted us on 3/4/26 regarding a potential warranty concern, and our team provided an inspection the following day on 3/5/26. If at any point you felt disrespected, we would genuinely like to understand what occurred so we can address it internally with our team. That is never the experience we want our customers to have. We would welcome the opportunity to review your concerns further and ensure everything has been properly evaluated. Water intrusion can sometimes originate from multiple sources, which is why we always aim to inspect thoroughly to determine the true cause and the best path forward. Your roof was installed in 2020. Keep in mind that the winter weather we experienced a couple weeks ago, created a lot of interior damages for home owners in our area.   If you want a kid that doesn’t listen at all to what you want done to your roof and siding, a company that leaves trash EVERYWHERE on your property and then the owner to say that that they came twice to clean up and it’s “enough”, or if you want to get scammed out of thousands of dollars because of how they write the contract to where you need a lawyer to make sure it’s what you want, then sure! Hire this company! Worst mistake of my life going with such unprofessional and uncaring individuals that don’t care at all what you want as a client.   Chris or Richard, we’ve tried to have your review removed and did have your other fake account review moved that was a one star but google won’t remove this one. If anyone is hesitant in reaching out to us because of this review please email us at info@ecoshieldnc.com and explain. We decided to NOT work with this customer due him trying to commit fraud by providing his wife’s social security number instead of his own… We told him we could not do that… especially since she was not wanting a new roof right now. He then proceeded to curse at us, we just wished him the best of luck. He then proceeded to leave one negative review, and continues to leave negative reviews. We reserve the right to not serve customers who are rude, disrespectful and downright belligerent.

  EcoShield replaced a 25+ year old roof and all new commercial gutters and downspouts at Lewisville Crossing Shopping Center and did excellent work and completed on time. I would highly recommend EcoShield for any type roof and/or gutters.

  I called Ecoshield roofing at 2Pm. They was able tp have Nathan come out at 4. He quickly found the problem and was able to fix it during inspection. Highly recommend this company!

  Honest and trustworthy I had one of those creepy, door-to-door roof companies come by and the salesman tried to tell me that my roof was in bad repair. So I called Mighty Dog for an inspection, and I am wanting to take out a skylight and just put roofing where it used to be. Brandon came and he was quite personable. After the inspection, he me know that my roof is fine, so I can stop worrying about having to replace it in the near future. No pushy sales tactics. He also gave me an estimate of what it would be in today’s dollars, if I didn’t need to do it, which was also reassuring. I really appreciate their help and there expertise.

  On Saturday, the wind was terrible and several shingles were blown off my roof. I contacted EcoShield on Monday to request a quote, and Nathan came out first thing Tuesday morning to assess the damage. He provided a very reasonable estimate and thoroughly evaluated the situation, even checking the attic for any signs of water damage. Nathan was professional, knowledgeable, and attentive throughout the process. We agreed on the contract price, and I felt confident moving forward. I would highly recommend this company for your roofing needs.
