If you need a local roofing company with an owner who stays involved in every part of roof storm damage repair, Mason is the one to call. The pricing was fair and competitive, and he really goes the extra mile to build a personal connection with his customers. He cares about workmanship, customer service, and using top-quality roofing materials. When I asked my insurance adjuster which shingles were the best choice for a roof replacement, Malarkey was strongly recommended, and that is exactly what Mason uses. The whole roofing process felt professional, honest, and well managed from inspection to installation. Five-star roofing service all the way.

Echo Park Elite Roofing installed a new roof and gutters on our home in Reseda, and the whole job went very smoothly. They were quick to respond, kept us updated from start to finish, and made the entire roofing process easy to understand. Gregory stayed in steady communication the whole time, so we always knew what was happening with the schedule, materials, and next steps. The crew was friendly, helpful, and worked together really well. They handled the roofing and gutter work efficiently, finished faster than we expected, and still paid close attention to quality. The cleanup was excellent too. When the job was done, the property looked neat and spotless, like they had never been there. We would gladly recommend their roofing services to anyone needing roof and gutter work.

I’m a realtor, and I was stressed trying to get a last-minute roof inspection done on a home my clients were about to close on in Reseda. Echo Park Elite Roofing responded fast, and Mason came out the very next day to inspect the roof and put together a clear report for us. Soon after, the lender asked for roof repairs right away, and Douglas returned quickly to take care of everything without delay. They really know foam roofing and handled the repair work with skill and attention to detail. The whole process was smooth, professional, and easy to manage, which made a big difference during a busy escrow. It’s hard to find roofers this dependable, responsive, and knowledgeable. I highly recommend them, and they will absolutely be my first call for any future roofing inspections or repairs.

The roofing team was fantastic to work with from beginning to end. They went beyond what I expected and made the whole roof replacement process easy to understand. Gregory was especially helpful and made sure every detail was handled the right way. After storm damage, my insurance adjuster first said the roof looked fine, but Gregory carefully inspected it, explained the problem areas, and helped show why repairs were really needed. He looked out for my home’s best interest and guided me through each step with clear communication. The office staff also did a great job managing the insurance paperwork, answers, and scheduling, which made everything smooth and stress-free. They were flexible with my timing and always quick to respond. Gregory even helped me choose shingles that matched the style of my home perfectly, which made the final result look even better. During the installation, Mason and the roofing crew were excellent. Even in the strong summer heat, they worked hard, stayed organized, and finished the job quickly without cutting corners. Their workmanship, professionalism, and respect for my property really stood out. They kept the work area clean, protected the landscaping, and left everything in great shape when the project was done. I am extremely happy with my new roof. It looks amazing, adds curb appeal, and gives me peace of mind knowing the system was installed properly. What could have been a stressful roofing claim turned into a smooth, positive experience. I highly recommend this roofing company to anyone needing roof inspection, storm damage help, shingle replacement, or a full new roof.

If I could give an extra star, I would. The roofing crew started by laying tarps around the house to catch nails and debris. They removed the old shingles, replaced damaged roof decking, and installed the new roof with great care. After the …

Wow! We were really impressed by the fast response, professional work, and overall customer care from Echo Park Elite Roofing. We reached out at the last minute about a roof leak and wanted the repair handled before more wind and rain moved through Reseda. gregory and chase responded right away, kept us updated, and made the whole roofing process feel easy and stress free. They even helped after normal business hours without us asking, which showed real dedication. They explained the roof inspection clearly, gave straightforward pricing, and walked us through the needed repair work in simple terms. It was clear they know roofing, leak detection, and shingle repair very well. The communication was quick, the service was honest, and the workmanship gave us peace of mind. We would absolutely recommend them to neighbors and friends for any roofing service. Outstanding service from start to finish.

They recently replaced my roof after we had a leak around the chimney caused by the original roof layout. Since I work in design and pay close attention to construction details, I knew the area around the chimney needed a proper roof rework and new flashing, not just a simple patch. Gregory was the only one who immediately recommended the right roofing solution, while others suggested costly temporary repairs. He stayed responsive from start to finish, answered all of my many questions, and explained the roofing process clearly. The crew worked efficiently, kept the jobsite clean, and made sure the new roof system around the chimney was sealed correctly for long-term protection. The whole experience was smooth, easy, and professional, and it was clear they truly care about customer satisfaction.

I can’t say enough about the great customer service I got from this roofing company. They installed a new roof on my home, and after a bad wind storm I called and told Mason that I had several missing ridge cap shingles. He came out quickly with the matching roofing materials and repaired the caps right away. I jokingly asked him to also take a look at the gutters while he was up there, and he went ahead and cleaned out the gutters around the whole house. When everything was finished, I asked what I owed him, and he would not accept any payment. It is hard to find a roofer in Reseda that truly stands behind their roof work and provides this level of care and follow-up service. A roof is not just a roof when the roofing crew is reliable, responsive, and committed to quality workmanship. That kind of honest service and support is priceless.

I had Echo Park Elite Roofing replace my old shingle roof with a standing seam metal roofing system, and it still looks as clean and solid as the day it was installed. Before the new roof, I dealt with regular leaks and ongoing roof problems during bad weather. Since the installation, those issues are gone, and the roof has held up extremely well through heat and seasonal weather. More recently, I wanted a snow guard added to one section of the roof, so I spoke with Gregory. He got back to me quickly, explained the best roofing option for that area, gave me a fair price, and completed the installation right away. The workmanship was excellent, the service was professional, and the whole process was easy from start to finish. It is easy to recommend them for metal roofing, roof upgrades, and dependable roof service.

Echo Park Elite Roofing was recommended to me after I had trouble with another roofer who made mistakes during a gutter replacement. The gutters kept leaking, the pricing was inconsistent, and the install timing kept changing. Mason arrived right on schedule, checked the roofline and gutter system carefully, and explained the issue in a clear and simple way. The crew was professional, detailed, and easy to work with. They reinstalled the gutters correctly and added the proper flashing that had been left out before, which made a big difference in how the whole drainage system works. After several heavy rains in Reseda, there has been no leaking at all, and everything is draining the way it should. I really appreciated the honesty, solid workmanship, and clear communication throughout the job. It is hard to find a roofing team that takes this much care with both the roof edge and gutter work, and I only wish I had hired them from the beginning.

If you’re looking for a trustworthy roofer, this is the company to call. Mason came out to my house, checked out my roof, and walked me through everything that needed to get done. After we agreed on the work, they got started right away. The whole roof replacement was finished in just half a day, even though they had a big crew on site. Some of the team focused on cleaning up every bit of roofing debris and nails from my yard, which was really impressive. Gregory was the foreman and made sure I was updated throughout the whole process. He always answered my questions quickly and even replied to my texts right away. What really stood out was their honesty—since there was only one layer of old shingles instead of two, they let me know I would be getting a $1300 refund. I never would have known if they hadn’t told me! That kind of integrity is hard to find. If you need a new roof, I definitely recommend calling this company.
