Eave Construction did a great job on my new roof. Jonah kept me informed and updated schedule, deliveries and issues discovered. His team expertly repaired every discrepancy and installed the roof perfectly. Highly recommended.

Jonah Small and his team were a first class operation. High quality work with attention to detail. Started on time and kept us updated throughout the process. We also felt like the work was done at a fair price and there was never any pressure to make any quick decisions.

Thank you very much Mr. Jackson, I'm glad we were able to redo the flashing work and open up a little bit more venting for your roof replacement.

RECOMMENDATION – EAVE CONSTRUCTION AND JONAH SMALL After having 5 different roofing companies give me estimates for re-roofing my home, I was not confident with any of the roofing companies’ quality and unsure of the aesthetics and curb appeal of my house from any of those companies and decided to obtain one more quote. I found Jonah Small with Eave Construction who came out to my house to inspect and measure the roof area. He is the only roofer that took the time to study my roof, identify problem areas being three dead valleys, lack of sufficient attic venting, no soffit vents in a room addition and the only one that took the time to look in my attic to make sure the roof structure was adequate to attach the new roof. He also took the extra time to take a picture of my house, and with software on his laptop was able to show me what different roof colors would look like on my home, which was a great help as I could see what product would look best on my home. The shingles he recommended, from my research, were of good quality and the price was very fair compared to the other estimates I obtained. He supervised the installation, provided pictures during the installation and of the completed job. I am confident the roof will be trouble free for years. Based upon my experience, if you need a roof, I recommend Jonah and Eave Construction. If you choose them, you do not need to be concerned, they will get the job done correctly and on time for a fair price. I do not have any connection with Jonah Small or Eave Construction, I am simply a one-time customer that was extremely pleased with their service, and expect you will be also!

I was on the market for new shingles and being solar curious, completed CertainTeed Solar’s online form to request additional information about Solstice shingles. CertainTeed connected me with Eave Construction. While the Solstice product is out of my price range, Eave (Jonah) patiently educated me about options specific to what I was trying to accomplish (create redundancy using the sun as opposed to natural gas or liquid propane). My project consisted of new shingles, solar panels and battery storage. The management of this project and the outcome absolutely exceeded my expectations. Why? Eave/Jonah treated me exactly as they would want to be treated. Jonah is not a sales guy. He is very knowledgable and a genuine relationship builder which is especially important with suppliers and subs. Everyone onsite was respectful and knowledgable and I think that starts with the relationship and expectations from Eave/Jonah. Take a minute to read Eave’s Mission Statement and Core Values on their website. It’s exactly what I experienced throughout my successful project.
