They contracted out to a company or people that weren't qualified to do the work. Then messed over a widow who wasn't satisfied with the work the contractors. That went out of business. They also put up the wrong size qutters of …

We’re sorry to hear about your dissatisfaction and value the chance to clarify. In March 2023, we inspected roof and gutter damage from a fallen tree, and with insurance approval, we completed repairs and installed new gutters in July 2023. These gutters functioned well for a year until July 2024, when you reported sagging. Our inspection, conducted during a scheduled appointment, found debris buildup causing excessive weight, which requires regular cleaning to prevent. To address your concerns, we offered either a refund or to repair the gutters at no cost. You chose repairs, and we arranged a visit to perform the work. Unfortunately, a misunderstanding arose during this visit, which we regret. We use licensed professionals for all work and did not subcontract to unqualified workers. The gutters installed were the correct size for your property, and we have no record of admitting otherwise, but we’re happy to review any documentation you provide. Our priority is customer satisfaction, and we remain committed to resolving this. Please contact us to discuss further or schedule another inspection. Thank you for your feedback.

Albert and Bryce with Eagle Point Roofing came out to give us an estimate and took the time to answer our questions and do a thorough inspection. They explained their process in detail and then followed through with the job precisely as we expected. The roofing crew was clean, conscientious, and pleasant to have at our house for 3 days. Albert and Bryce personally inspected the completed project to make sure it was up to their standards. I own a few rental properties and have had several roofs replaced in the last 22 years. This was the cleanest and most hassle free experience I have ever had when hiring a roofing contractor. I appreciate the great work and will continue to recommend Eagle Point Roofing.

I recently had the pleasure of working with Eagle Point Roofing, and I couldn't be happier with the experience! From start to finish, the team was incredibly quick and efficient, completing the job in record time without sacrificing quality. Their professionalism was evident in every detail, and they made the whole process smooth and stress-free. What really stood out to me was how kind and personable the staff was. Not only did they go above and beyond to ensure the work was top-notch, but they also took the time to interact with our pets, even spending some quality time with our pet snake! It’s rare to find a company where the employees are not only good at what they do but genuinely enjoy making connections with their clients (and their pets!). To top it all off, Eagle Point Roofing honored cash discounts, making their already excellent service even more affordable. I highly recommend them to anyone looking for fast, professional, and friendly roofing services!

Outstanding company. Albert, Bryce, and the crew were professional, knowledgeable, accurate and trustworthy through the whole process of re-roofing my 90- year old house. The end product exceeded my expectations. And the area around my home was cleaner after they left then before they arrived.
