  Contacted Dynasty for a quote on some soffit repair and gutter work. Brad came out next day (20 minutes later than he said he would) to take some pictures and said he would get us a quote. This was over 2 weeks ago and I still haven't heard back. I know my project is small but it doesn't feel good to get blown off like that. Update: he responded a couple hours after I posted this review and apologized. I shouldn't have needed to post this to get his attention. This is certainly not the way to conduct business.

  Excellent experience. Joe was professional, kind, and honest. He quickly diagnosed our ceiling leak as a debris buildup in a roof corner and cleared it out immediately. I really appreciate his fast help and highly recommend them

  We we were happy overall with our Dynasty Exteriors experience. Austin did a good job explaining the details of the roof installation process and the materials and warranty. We had good communication before and after the installation. The crew worked hard and the roof looks great.

  After a hail storm, I contacted Dy nasty based off of a referral. Brad was very prompt and handled things through the entire process with the insurance company. They made everything extremely easy. And the best part of it all was the roof looks absolutely amazing.
