  We are very concerned with this review as being fake. We always try to satisfy our customers and there is no name associated with this review but there is a photo. Please call the owner of Dynamic Roofing Concepts at 813-657-7663 as we do not recognize this customer and the photo associated with this review is of the roof of a customer who gave us a 5-star review.   On 03/07/2024 we had a recorded vm with the customers name and phone number and a request to call back. My office manager Lara called and left a vm to call us back that same day. No call. Lara called again later in the day and the customer answered. Lara told her who we were and why we were calling. The customer told Lara we have the wrong number. She also said she didn't call back because we have the wrong number. She then proceeded to write a bad review about our company saying she never heard from us.

  BEWARE DYNAMIC ROOFING OWNER COLIN PAYS $100 FOR A REVIEW. THAT EXPLAINS THE RATING! Chris the Salesman will sell you the Roof and then he will not be Available from that point. All Hispanic non English or Minimal speaking workers will arrive on site Unable to Communicate with you. Chris will Direct you to Colin The Owner who will Show Up Ready to Defend Argue lie and Promote Poor Quality and Workmanship.Never Expecting anyone to Climb onto their roof to Inspect it. Here’s pictures of what I Found Dynamic Roofing covering up on Our Roof. The Workers were applying the Peel and Stick underlayment over holes in the Decking. I stopped work and removed them from my house. Colin Dynamic roofing’s owner shows up only to Argue about location of the hole I had stepped through. NOT that they Should NOT BE COVERING HOLES!. Then Colin Profess’s He’s covering over Rotten wood Because they’re “ Saving us Money” I Specifically Told Him Don’t Save Me Money Do It RIGHT THE FIRST TIME! They had to Remove Shingles and Underlayment (3) Times because of Continuing to Cover Soft Decking. Each Time with a Argument from Colin or Chris to Get It Done RIGHT! They Did keep coming back until they Got it Done, Very Sad it Took Three Times and Lots of Discussion To Get It Finished! Hopefully you will Hear Dynamic’s Owner Colins Response. Every Word Is Truth you can ask any of my Neighbors!

  They have some dangerously aggressive drivers behind the wheel of their branded pickups.

  I have very good employees that drive our vehicles. No one knows what this lady is talking about or are admitting to it. This may be a legitimate complaint or most likely someone related in some way to another roofing company. It is unusual they wrote a review but didn't call us to complain. Also, we noticed this lady has multiple negative reviews about just about everybody. However, we have had a meeting about being careful on our roads and highways and how road rage can happen at any time. Our drivers know they represent our company when they are on the road. If something one of them did irritated this other driver, then I apologize. This is the first time I ever heard of someone complaining about the driving of someone in one of our trucks. Although we didn't hear back from you, this should have gone directly to the estimator in your area so he could follow up. We dropped the ball. Thank you for bringing this to our attention. We strive to provide excellent service for all our customers. We have had an office meeting to make sure this doesn't happen again.

  After scraping our old roof our Solar Tube was broke. Hid by taping with electric tape. Seemed to be more interested in fighting than making it right, with tales about peeling off roofing tape to replace with electrical tape. Cost me $1,000+ We wouldn’t have known until it failed or, as it happened we sold and inspection revealed it. The ironic twist, we live in a retirement community, he might have told his stories to any of my neighbors but I have been on my roof to clean gutters and more. Even cleaned out the solar tube before they broke it so the only debris in it was from their damage. I asked Collin, after I found him going up on our roof uninvited, why he didn’t inform us as the contract required? He told me there was no penalty! Worst part, my wife kept saying it was darker and I wouldn’t take her seriously, I hate when she’s right!

  This was a re-roofing project of 57 duplexes, triplexes and quadraplexes. This review is full of false accusations. Nobody was going up on any roofs uninvited. Any pre-inspections, roof work or post-inspections were approved by the President of the HOA. Three crews were working on three different roofs that day when the crew foreman, just starting the tear-off of this roof, called me over to show me a broken and badly taped (old weather beaten tape) solar tube dome. I took date-stamped pictures of the dome showing the taped over hole. We do not replace solar tube domes. A solar company is required to come out and work on third party equipment such as solar tubes, solar systems, satellite dishes, etc. Sometimes roofers accidently break something. It happens and we will replace anything that we are responsible for. However, we will not replace previously broken solar tubes with obviously poorly taped repairs that we have date-stamped proof that we are not the responsible party. The homeowner was not reasonable and refused to accept that his solar tube was previously damaged. You can actually see in his pictures the old tape around the base of the tube. If I could do it here, I would upload my original picture but don't see a way to do it. Our reputation is in the high 90% satisfaction ratings and we care very much about doing the right thing. He is mistaken if he says he went up on the roof and saw no broken solar dome before we got there. I do believe he believes what he is saying. I am very sorry we can't help him with his problem. Our company has been working in this retirement community for many years and we continue to enjoy a reputation of being the best roofing contractor there. We have re-roofed 5 similar HOA projects since this one.

  This company put a roof on a home that we just bought in 2011. The original owners didn't realize the horrendous job that this company performed. After only a few years (8) years, the shingles are lifting, they weren't nailed in the spot they were supposed to be nailed, they were nailed to high on the shingles, they didn't put the proper shingles on the corners and eaves, instead "breaking in 1/2 a shingle and nailing it to the roof" (this is per a roofing contractor that came out and inspected the roof yesterday. They refuse to honor their work, stating "I don't owe you anything, you aren't the original home owner and my contract isn't with you". Tony was rude and incorrigible. I didn't want him to "spend money on my roof" as he said, I just wanted him to make it right, or apologize. However, he wouldn't even do that. I ended our conversation and left it at that. I will contact an attorney and informed him that I would let the entire Facebook World and BBB know of his work or lack there of. I have picture proof of three shingles that blew off my house - each showing that the nails were placed too high on the shingle, causing the lifting and shifting and ultimately blowing off the house, I have picture proof of their lack of providing the correct corner and eave shingles causing leaking on the right side of the house and now the wood is soft. I have picture proof of lifting shingles in multiple areas caused by his workmanship (of which he stated "I don't guarantee the workmanship, and I don't owe you anything". I wouldn't recommend him to anyone, ever.

  We care a great deal about our customers and our roof work. Our reputation proves it. We have won the GAF President's award 6 years in a row. The GAF triple excellence award 7 years in a row. The Angie's List Super Service Award 12 years and we are A+ rated on the BBB. We are not perfect but we are very good. We would have been happy to go out to the house and look at the out of warranty roof for the new owner and offer reasonably priced repairs, but when he called, he was rude and demanded warranty work on a roof that was three years out of a non-transferable warranty. This guy started out yelling and never stopped the accusations and complaining. He has misquoted everything I told him. He doesn't seem to understand he doesn't have a warranty with us. When I buy a new house, I get it inspected and if anything is wrong, I negotiate with the seller. Especially if something is out of warranty. By the way, we do offer long-term warranties. The original owner was offered a 25-year transferable workmanship warranty backed by the shingle manufacturer, but he refused. He was given a 5-year workmanship warranty in 2011. I explained all this but it fell on deaf ears. Occasionally poor workmanship may get by the inspections, however, not very often. I am sorry for the disappointment this homeowner had, but he should try to be more reasonable. On the other hand, if yelling about out of warranty products works, I'm calling my dealership about a new car.

  Dynamic roofing is a great company that actually stand by their workmanship and assist in helping with warranty repairs with shingle replacement. I highly recommend this company for all their roofing needs.

  After Hurricane Milton came through Riverview FL in October 2024, We needed a brand new roof replacement and I after calling several companies, I had a consultation with Chris Fanni with Dynamic Roofing Concepts and Chris's professioliam, knowledge, experience and outstanding customer support was absolutely top notch and amazing and I looked no further. The entire process was painless, Chris was by my side from start to finish, always available for any and all questions and Dynamic Roofing Concepts did an amazing, spot on job with the best quality product at extremely fair prices. The crew that put the new roof on was also excellent and did a remarkable job!!!!!! Within 2 days the job was completed and within 2 weeks I had my certificate from Hillsborough county and Wind Mitigation. I have recommended Chris and Dynamic Roofing Concepts to everyone I know and if we get more damage I wouldn't even think twice, I have Chris's number right in my speed dial.   My son in law had a new roof installed and I asked him who he hired and that is where I got their phone number, I called them, and we made an appointment for him to look at my roof. He was very professional and answered all my questions. He gave me a written proposal with a written list of what was in the contract. And the total cost. I ask him if he could give me an idea when they would show up to do the roof and he said about 2 to 3 weeks. The installation people showed up on the day he told me and did a great job on the installation and clean up. I would strongly recommend this company to anyone!
