  We had an outstanding experience with Dynamic Home Restoration Co. from start to finish. Erick was incredibly honest, professional, and transparent throughout the entire process. He took the time to educate us on our insurance policy and explained everything clearly, which made us feel confident and informed every step of the way. His team was fast, efficient, and completed our entire roof replacement in just one day. They were extremely clean and left our property spotless when they finished. It was also reassuring to see the owner on-site supervising the project all day to ensure everything was done right. The entire project was well documented, communication was excellent, and the whole process was smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the level of customer service we received. There is no better company to trust with your roofing project.   Dynamic Home Restoration Co. did an exceptional job from start to finish, and was very efficient. The team handled my case with great care and tact that they successfully got my claim approved, which a different company failed previously. I had minimal involvement throughout the process, even with my HOA. The team truly took care of everything and was the best representative. The quality of the completed work is superb; thorough and clean. The on-site team is highly skilled and professional. Bobby and Erick run a great program between the administrative and on-site tasks. They’re extremely communicative and transparent. I have no complaints (and leaks! Ha).

  I had a great experience working with Erick and his team. Communication was prompt and clear, and they were very responsive throughout the process. Daniel came out and completed the gutter and soffit repair in about two hours, and the quality of the work looks excellent. Everything was done efficiently and with attention to detail. On top of that, the pricing was very fair, especially considering the speed and quality of the service. I really appreciate how smooth and stress-free the whole experience was. Highly recommend if you’re looking for reliable, efficient work at a reasonable price

  We have used Dynamic Home Restoration to replace roofs & siding on two different houses. They did such a good job the first time and were so easy to work with that we called them again. Each time we had damage due to storms. Erick is very knowledgeable and experienced in dealing with insurance. He made the whole experience seamless. They have been dependable and professional each time we have dealt with them. Dynamic Home Restoration used quality materials, did not cut corners and went above and beyond to make sure everything was completed to our satisfaction. We had some difficulty with a permit on the second job. Erick went above and beyond to make sure that the permit was completed. We would highly recommend Dynamic Home Restoration to anyone needing roofing, siding, gutter repairs or replacement.

  I had the pleasure of working with Dynamic Home Restoration Co. after my roof sustained hail damage, I couldn't be more impressed with their service, Erick (the adjuster) went above and beyond to help me navigate a complicated insurance claim. Dealing with insurance can often be frustrating, but Erick made the entire process smooth by advocating for me every step of the way.. He was patient, thorough, and very knowledgeable, ensuring that my claim was handled properly. Once the insurance details were sorted, the roofing team came out quickly to complete the work. The installation was top-notch, and they made sure to clean up thoroughly afterward. The crew was professional, efficient, and the final result exceeded my expectations. My roof looks great, and I feel confident knowing it’s been installed by such a reliable company. I highly recommend Dynamic Home Restoration Co., especially if you're dealing with insurance issues.   We had a contractor up on our roof that noted significant hail damage. He mentioned that he had another customer that used Dynamic Home Restoration and they had a pleasant experience. We made the call. Steve was better than we ever imagined. The team at dynamic handles all of the insurance claim paperwork, dumpster, removal, permitting, phone calls and left us with nothing to do but pick out the colors. Our insurance covered our roof, gutters, our garage roof, gutter and siding. Our home has old impenetrable asbestos siding, so none of it was able to be replaced, unfortunately. We knew that walking into this project as our siding is so tough there is absolutely no damage. However, after our amazing experience, when we do replace our windows and siding Steve and the team will be our first choice. The roof was done in one day, the garage siding was done in one day. Steve kept us updated through the process but not once did we feel pressured. The job was completed in less than 3 weeks from our first phone call to final inspection by our local permit guy. The team was clean, friendly, professional and quick. I can’t wait till we get ready to use Dynamic Home Restoration again. By the way, I’m writing this almost two months after we completed this process. Everything is still fantastic, and we have not found a single rogue roof nail! Thank you Steve! -Kate and Bernard
