  Dubo roofing has tried to fix the roof of our sunroom and has failed at doing so and somehow it’s in the way worse shape than it was in the spring before I called them the first time and now we have water damage. They had 3 different people come out 5-6 times since May. Now every rain storm the room is covered in water. I’ve called the kind administrator at the front desk weekly and the owner has not tried to fix the issue or reach out. It’s felt like a full time job trying to get it fixed and I’m exhausted. I don’t leave poor reviews often, but this quality of work and customer service is terrible.

Because we truly stand behind our work, our owner was sure to have one of our most experienced roofing technicians with him during your meeting. That DUBO Roofing technician will be performing your repair. Although we hold ourselves to very high standards, very rarely in our 22 years of being in business, does something like this happen. We are sorry for this terrible inconvenience and hope to have the issue resolved immediately.

  they are extremely eager to get pay right after works is done. they would bluff you put a lien in your house if you don't pay right the way. but it actually takes 30days of process. the owner is extremely means and also talk really bad like working hard for nothing and so they should pay right the way. also, they won't help you anything not even give you permit after it's done. when the sales and works are done. they walk away and ignore you. Highly not recommended.

  First, we need to be clear that you are not the client. You are a realtor who was representing an individual who lives out of state to sell her home. As part of that process, you contacted DUBO to get an estimate on replacing the roof so that the house would pass inspection. We were awarded the contract to put a new roof on the house and the contract was with your client, not you. However, as her representative, and because our contract states that payment is due in full upon completion, you assured us that the funds were available and would be paid at the end of the project. However, despite that agreement, when the work was finished and it was time to complete the payment, you told us the client could pay part, but not all, of the cost. At this point, the discussions with you became vague and appeared misleading. In an effort to resolve the matter fairly and to avoid legal proceedings, we extended the payment deadline to the week’s end. Shortly after this discussion, we were contacted directly by the client, who had become aware of the payment issue. We were told that you were no longer representing her, and that she would pay the invoice immediately, which she did. We often work with realtors representing clients whose payment is held in an escrow account until the sale of the home. This is a common practice in our company. The realtor or owner discloses this upon signing our contract and we are paid once the sale is finalized. It should come as no surprise to anyone that a business requires payment at the conclusion of the work - this is standard in virtually every business. As for the permit, since you were no longer representing the client, we did not provide it, or any other documents (such as her warranties) to you. However, permits are public record, and you could easily have found it online. Since you were not the client, your review does not comply with Google guidelines. Google is clear that “Fake engagement is not allowed and will be removed”

  They don't keep their word, roof was leaking after permit was closed, they wouldn't take responsibility for their work, had to hire another roofer.

Further, we do not have any record of this individual contacting us, nor of anyone contacting us recently for this particular service. We have requested that Google remove this review.

  Dubo had performed the roof installation at my home prior to me moving in. They had seriously cut a lot of corners to, most likely, keep their costs down. Since that time, we have had nothing but problems with water intrusion issues. When I asked if they would come out to fix the issues due to their poor workmanship, they said that they only warranty the roof itself and they only provide labor warranty for a year. In case of Dubo, you'll definitely get what you pay for. We had a highly-regarded roof company come out to re-inspect the roof and they found exposed wood framing as well as exposed flashing. I personally would recommend Roof It Right over this place. Dubo States: "However, we offer a five-plus year workmanship warranty for all new roofs." You installed my roof on 13 Oct 2017. I called you in 2021 to come fix your mistakes and was told specifically that you only provide warranty for 1-year. Now, come to find out, you left wood framing exposed on the outside of my home and having rot & leaking issues. Your boilerplate response here is simply typical of a company in damage control mode. I've included photos of what the roofer found AFTER you had installed the roof about 5 years ago. Your company should have repaired this damage when you replaced the roof. They said this damage was old and well over 5 years worth of continuous water damage.

  Unfortunately, we have no record of your call, no emails, or any form of correspondence. We do not even know your address and are only aware of your name based on your Google account. Despite asking you to contact us to review your issues, you have not done so. A client who calls us about a leak is never turned away – ever. In addition to offering roof replacements, Dubo Roofing offers repair services. For over 20 years, we have stood behind our workmanship and value our community and the homes within it. We do not believe in “cutting corners” to keep costs down. So much so, there are some products we refuse to install, as the quality does not meet our standards. It appears the pictures you’ve provided are damage to an exterior stucco wall. Leaks such as these may result from a multitude of issues, many that occur during the initial construction phase and are unrelated to the roof system. Further, “exposed wood framing” would not pass any local city building inspection. Finally, Dubo Roofing offers 5+ transferable workmanship warranties on roof replacements. It is clear to us that you have been misinformed, possibly by one of our competitors. Had we installed your roof system, rest assured, we would have revisited your site to offer some form of resolution.

  Terrible! Terrible! I had a bad experience with this company! I had had a problem with a leaking roof and I contacted the company and they finally came after two failed appointments. They came out with the wrong stuff and didn’t want fix it the proper way they just wanted to rig something up which I had to step in and tell them that was unacceptable and I would not do that...be careful if you use this company!!!!!!!

In reviewing the work request, it is unfortunately not something we normally do. However, we did try to help but were unable to come to an acceptable solution for you. That is why we did not execute a contract to do the work for you. Again, we wish we could have provided the kind of assistance you needed, but unfortunately it is not within our scope of services.

  The crew that physically put my roof on did good work so I am giving two stars total only because of them. The office was terrible as they never did anything they said they would (missed appointments, late starting job, hard to get a hold of, etc..). Now my job is mostly done, but they need to come back and finish but I haven’t heard from them in weeks. They won’t return my calls or texts. If you have a choice, use someone else.

  I called this company two years ago to do my roof, because I live closed by. The guy came in and was supposed to give me an estimate. To make the story short, I am still waiting for it. 2 weeks later I hired another company. Last week, I called the company again to replace a few damaged shingles and to give them another chance, because I figured it was not the company; it was probably the contractor’s fault. They put me in contact with one of their guys, who gave me an over the phone estimate based on my description of the project and supposed to call me back to start doing the work, well once again they left me waiting. This is bad business.

  Ms. Fernandez, We always appreciate feedback on the services we provide to our clients. Unfortunately, we have no record of your call from two years ago or during the time period in May you specified. However, we do have a record of a call from someone with the same first name but a different last name on Friday, May 26, but we are not sure this is your call. During that call our staff member provided the caller with an estimate over the phone because we were not able to come out to the home that day. The caller indicated she would call back on Monday, May 29 (Memorial Day) with an answer, which she did. At that time, she authorized us to go ahead with the work. Unfortunately, we had very heavy rains in our area for the next several days and that prevented us from being able to do any work or estimates. On June 5, we called the customer to let her know we could come out that week. However, she indicated that she had hired someone else. Again, we do not know if this is the same set of calls that you were writing about in your review. But we wanted to be clear about what happened and why in case it is. DUBO Roofing tries very hard to meet the needs of all of our customers, but sometimes Mother Nature unfortunately gets in the way.

  Had Dubo Roofing out on three occasions to repair some damaged areas on my roof and now I've decided to replace the roof a year later. What was disappointing is the areas that I pointed out that needed repair had rotted wood not an inch from the same spots I had them work on. Wouldn't recommend for repairs but I can't speak to the job they would do on a reroof.

  We contracted with Dubo Roofing to replace our roof in 2023. They were a pleasure to work with, and their workmanship is superior. We were so pleased that we recommended them to some co-workers, and two different co-workers have also used them. Give them a try! You won't be sorry!

  I would highly recommend Dubo Roofing and Construction for replacing rotted exterior wood siding with hardi board. The estimate was reasonable and all work was completed professionally in a timely manner. I would not hesitate to hire them again for any future repairs.

  Dubo Roofing did an amazing job replacing our roof. We worked with Duke for our pricing and colors and Noah was our project manager. Everything was professional and the pricing was very competitive. The new roof looks absolutely awesome. Great job and Highly Recommend.

  I got 5 different quotes for my roof and Dubo was the best price (although they were all within about 5% of each other). Duke and Noah were excellent in communicating to me during the whole process. Once I was ready to get the job started, it was only a few days until the team came out to replace the roof. The guys and girls on that team absolutely crushed it. In and out in one day and didn't leave a mess. I'm super happy with the results from both the construction team and the office with all their help throughout the whole process. I would recommend them to anyone like me, who does their research and is very picky with who they go to with stuff like this.

  I literally shopped for 3 plus months to find the right roofer. With the money coming out of my pocket it was nice to find someone I felt was honest and would give me top quality work. They weren't necessarily the cheapest but they didn't nickel and dine me. Good Christian family running an honest business.
