  They appeared to be very personable during their visit but after multiple attempts and a series of excuses I was never given the estimate they promised.

  After taking over a YEAR to actually redo the roof, they added about $1,500 to the price. Not what I would call a quality company.

  If you are looking for a reliable roofing contractor, keep looking as this is not the one. I called to schedule an appointment to get a quote on a new roof, the appointment was scheduled for the following day at 2:30pm, I was told the reps name was TJ ( or JT). The next day he finally arrived, 20 minutes late and never had the decency to apologize for being late and never called to say he was running late, He seemed very indifferent to my questions and it seemed like he had better things to do than measure my roof. when he was done he said he would put a quote together for me, I asked if he wanted my email address and he said no he would drop it off the next day then asked me if I was gong to be home, I stated I would be painting the kitchen and working around the house all day-he said OK then left. It has now been a week and a half and I have not heard from him or the company--I guess my 3300 square foot tear off is not a big enough job for them

From our initial meeting, he proved to be an exceptional listener and incredibly educated in his domain—explaining every detail without any pressure. What impressed us most, however, was what happened during the project. Once work began, John and his team uncovered severe underlying issues left behind by our previous roofing company. John immediately stepped in and resolved the problems at no extra charge to prevent any future damage.   Amazing service! Driscoll replaced our roof about 5 years ago. After a recent storm removed a section of flashing I couldn’t reach, Driscoll came by and replaced it in minutes at no charge. I highly recommend Driscoll. Thank you!

  We had Driscoll do a full tear-off and new roof install, along with new gutters and gutter guards, and everything went very smoothly. I worked with both Steve and Zach, who provided excellent guidance and communication throughout the entire process. Even when I was thrown a curveball halfway through the process, they pivoted seamlessly and kept things moving along. Their experience with the insurance process proved invaluable. The crews that did the work were very courteous, conscientious and professional. I would highly recommend them.

  Driscoll roofing came out to inspect my roof and give me an estimate. He helped come up with a solution for the attic ventilation issues I had been experiencing. Steve and his team did a great job installing my new roof. Very professional and would highly recommend them.
