  I got three estimates for reroofing the one-story buildings in my apartment complex before i called Domingo Family Roof Repair and spoke with trenton. The first quote came in a little higher than i planned, but he took the time to explain the roofing costs, labor, tear-off work, materials, and job setup in a clear and honest way. A few important concerns came up, and each one was handled well. My three roofs sit inside an enclosed apartment complex, so access for the roofing crew and debris removal was a big issue. trenton found a smart solution by using two nearby parking spaces, one in the front and one in the back, close enough for the crew to remove old shingles and roofing debris directly into the truck. That made the tear-off process more efficient and helped control costs. I was also worried about possible wood replacement once the old roofing was removed. To help with that, he included a set amount of wood in the estimate up front, which made the bid feel more practical and easier to plan around. I also did not want any exposed decking left open if rain moved through Doswell, so i appreciated the clear scheduling and the promise to complete the roofing project within a tight timeframe during a good weather window. Another reason i felt comfortable moving forward was that the person giving the estimate was directly involved and had a real interest in the quality of the work. That gave me more confidence than some other roofing estimates i received from sales-only representatives. The roofing crew was skilled, efficient, and easy to work with.   We first connected with Trenton and his crew when we were planning a full roofing project, including a complete tear-off, a new skylight, and brand-new gutters. We were not quite ready to move forward at that time, but when we reached back out later, he was glad to pick things back up and help us finish the job. From the start, the process was smooth and well organized. He shared a project link where we could see before, during, and after photos and videos of the roofing work, which made it easy to follow the progress without ever needing to get up on the roof. He also sent updated contract details and gave us examples of nearby homes with shingle colors similar to what we wanted, which really helped us choose the right shade for our house. Trenton, who helped with the estimate, was extremely knowledgeable, took his time to explain everything, and answered all my questions, even as I was busy with my home closing that same day. He was patient, detailed, and very professional. When it was time to schedule the work, I got a call from Preston, the scheduling coordinator, who let me know when the shingles would be delivered to my house in Doswell. He also asked if they could start the roof installation the next day, to which I gladly agreed. Early that morning, Bryson, the project manager, gave me a call to say his crew would be arriving right on time at 7:30am. The team was very punctual and immediately got to work, climbing up on the roof with all their equipment and starting the tear-off. They had my old shingles removed in less than an hour. During the process, they noticed both my old exhaust fan vents were too damaged and bent to reuse, so Bryson stopped by the store and brought back two brand new vents to make sure everything was done correctly. I was really impressed with how well the crew worked together and how Bryson managed the whole job, making sure every detail was done right. The crew finished tearing off the old roof, put on the new shingles, and cleaned up everything around my home in about four and a half hours.
