Called their number, someone answered and took my information, said that someone will call me. They never did, looks like they don’t care.

Eyal got $5000 for screwing plastic sheets on my sunroom roof. He added more holes and cracks to the sunroom, which caused more damage and leaks. When I asked contractors to repair the damage that he caused, the contractors said that Eyal didn't even use the correct screw types and sealant seal the cracks and holes that he created. He does not have any roofing knowledge and will only take your money.

After hiring DNA Roofing to perform roof repairs and replace a cracked skylight, I have leaks that never existed prior to the repairs/replacement. The leaks have caused damage to my ceiling. I've reached out to DNA to address, and the woman who answered stated that she would speak with her supervisor and they will do the necessary repairs. I never received a call back. In fact, I've called and left messages daily since, and no one will even pick up or call me back. If anyone calls me back to complete repairs, I will update this review. Otherwise, I will escalate to the Contractors State License Board.

After reaching out to five different roofing companies, we ultimately chose to proceed with DNA Roofing. Eugene's thorough understanding of the process and his attentive responses to my inquiries immediately put me at ease. What impressed me most was his proactive approach: he included the company's worker insurance as part of the initial proposal without me even having to ask. The entire roofing process was completed swiftly in just four days, and the state inspection was a breeze. Throughout the project, Eugene maintained regular communication with me, ensuring everything proceeded smoothly. Based on my experience, I wholeheartedly recommend DNA Roofing.

I'm at the stage of acquiring estimates for roof repair. Izzy Talbi, Project Manager, from DNA Roofing, inspected my roof and discussed options. Although I have not received an estimate for my roof project nor have I decided to hire DNA Roofing, I am compelled to share that Izzy Talbi of DNA Roofing represents the best in communicating with the customer.
