  Around the end of November we had a leak through a window that had warped. We went through the process of getting it fixed, insurance etc. Well our insurance adjuster from State Farm recommended Dixie Roof Repair. So I called and they said they were busy and couldn't get out until December 29th. We said ok. No problem we will work on other repairs. December 29th rolls around. No Dixie Roof Repair. No phone call or nothing. Then on January 6th I received an email with dozens of pictures and an estimate with an apology for not being there as scheduled. So as I was looking through the pictures i realize-its the wrong house! (Even though the correct address is on the estimate) So i call expecting another apology and an "I'll be right out there to inspect" but no. I was met with it being my fault-things were said like : "you must have given the wrong house number"(nope), "I've been doing this for 30 years-I know st George like the back of my hand", etc, etc. I was never once apologized to for the mistake-it would have saved a 1 star review. So they came back out to the right house but Todd couldn't be bothered to come back even though we were told "I do all the inspections" he sent 2 younger gentlemen who were friendly enough but said our problem was caused by leaves. Needless to say theres a lot more to it than just leaves. But we will wait for our estimate to see exactly what they say. Which they also said would take a week to get even though we had the last invoice the same day. We can read between the lines. Apparently it's the home owners fault if they go to the wrong house by mistake. Be weary of the lack of concern from this company. They are to busy to care. *Edit: you can clearly see how well this "owner" treats customers. You were in fact given the correct address. It is not our fault if you wrote it down wrong. You were even told the subdivision and cross streets. I guess all the 1 star reviews are catching up to you. BUYER DEFINITELY BE WARE. My current r

  When I call it just rings and rings and rings. No answer to the phone. No voicemail. Seems with modern day tech you could set up a voicemail really easy. A red flag to me for any business is how they handle the phone. If they cant …

  I'm sorry to see your rating and hear (read) your review and that we were unable to take your call at the time you made it. We DO have a voicemail set up, and we return those calls daily or following a weekend or when we are away from the office. We have a website and email as well for however you would like to contact us that works most conveniently for you. If you happen to reach us while we are on the other line, maybe that line isn't going to voicemail - we'll check it out. If this happens, please try again as that is probably the case. In addition, we return calls daily with the exception of Wednesday when we are out in the field, and weekends - but will return them on Monday following the weekend.   I live in Entrada off Snow Canyon Pkwy. Company took my $400 "materials" deposit and never fixed my roof.

  this is a fake review. Ian shaw is my competition. he also has a roof repair company (st george roof repairs). we have NEVER done any work for Ian and he is lying about the $400. in fact one of my customers called Ian thinking that he was calling dixie roof repairs . Ians company is ST. GEORGE ROOF REPAIRS , very similar to our name. my customer said he had a check for us. Ian posed as me and met the guy at home depot and illegally took the money. in fact he told the customer if he paid cash he would discount 10% . we found out later when my customer called the office looking for a receipt. then the story unfolded. we tried several times to contact Ian to get our money but he would never call us back. after we left a message that we were going to call the cops , Ian posted this review. probably building a false story for his reasoning to the police. to make matters worse we had multiple bad reviews on the same day as ian. all were people we never heard of. Rob schneider, larry flandere, none of these people have ever had anything to do with dixie roof repairs. these are all friends of Ian's which he had them leave bad reviews. what a snake. a few weeks later i ran into a guy that knows Ian. he told me that he does that to every roofing company in town. he had done it to Stout roofing and Hirschi roofing that i know of. i went for five years with a perfect 5 star review and then this JO ruins it in one day. i never did call the cops but trust me Ian, the karma police will get you. If you are looking for a roofer. BEWARE OF IAN SHAW and St. george roof repairs IAN..please remove YOUR FAKE review immediately

  Excellent service at affordable price. Mr. Todd and his crew went out of their way to fix my problem with my Sun room.
