Fast, friendly and professional. We needed an inspection for a possible leak and Tim fixed it on the spot for us, and even cleaned out some gutters as he was already up there. Great service!

Fast responses, great service, high quality work. He stands by his work and makes sure that everything is installed properly. I had a few issues that came up after the install and he made sure that they were fixed ASAP, which is the most important part of a good contractor. Highly recommend.

We highly recommend Tim and his crew! We had 3 quotes to remove our 25 year old cedar shingles and to replace them with hail proof asphalt shingles. Tim’s quote was the most reasonable and he showed up when he said he would, the shingles …

I was extremely impressed and completely satisfied with all aspects of the work done for me by Diligent River Roofing & Exteriors. I had my shingles replaced after significant hail damage and had a significant number of siding sheets also replaced. They went the extra mile in finding siding that matched perfectly with what I currently have (now discontinued). The work performed by the team was excellent. After completing both major jobs, the team was very conscientious in cleaning up the entire area. They kept me fully apprised of developments and their time line. It was a pleasure dealing with them and I would have no hesitation in recommending their services. Great job!

Tim and his team replaced our eavestroughs and drain pipes last summer. Tim was so thoughtful in his approach. When he came to provide an estimate, he took his time to assess our current drainage issues and made several suggestions. We now have a much better set-up and water is no longer pooling in our side yard! He even found and installed a diverter for our two rain barrels. A couple of small details needed to be addressed after the install was complete. Tim was quick to address the problems. We would certainly hire this company again.
