We got an estimate over 2 weeks ago and haven't heard back...even left messages. I understand if they don't want to take on the job but would appreciate a call back. I know they do good work as they have worked on my neighbors home. Disappointed in lack of customer service in our case.

Im sorry ma'am for this we had a large volume of customers after the hail storm and have had some customers slip through the cracks. Could you give Mike at 940-232-8158 or Lalo 940-249-2587 a call. I just tried looking your name up in our system and didnt find anything, are you sure it was one of our guys that reached out to you? Either way sorry for that experience!

Owners are knowledgeable and experienced very satisfied with all the work they did at my home. Workers were also thorough and professional. They did a shower remodel which I am very pleased with. They also repaired and replaced my roof due to a storm.
